h-drol first cycle Help/Advise

hello ive searched a while and think i might be up to do my first cycle, looking for advise/tips any help would be great
I'm 6'2 215lbs been working out on and off since i was 16 and am now 28. Was once very heavy (290 lbs) been around 225 lbs for a few years but still have a bit of weight to lose (using effedra now but will stop 2 weeks before cycle) but i think adding muscle would help with that and also make me feel much better with where im at. Looking to gain lean mass while keeping my bf the same or hopefully lowering it a few.

So far my cycle consists of
pre loading Anabolic Innovations Cycle Support for 2 weeks (twice a day morning and night)
fast action h-drol 50/50/50/50 + 2 servings a day of cycle support (morning and night)
PCT = Anabolic Innovations Post Cycle Support for 4 weeks + creatine

I plan on a clean diet at around 3000-3200 calories a day , 315 g pro, 240g carb, 80g fat with at least 1 gallon of water a day. I will supp with protien shakes ( whey ,and before bed casien) and a multi vitamin
my workout will be five time a week weights with wed and sunday off
and i will do cardio at least 3 times per week

So here are my questions

How does this look so far? I still want to research before i make the jump
Should i go more than 4 weeks at 50 of the h-drol (maybe 6 weeks)? Or up dose 75 last two weeks?
Also is my PCT good enough? Or is Reversitol + creatine a better choice? Dont want unwanted side effects after the cycle(gyno, water retention and
such)
Should i be looking at other supps?
Also what kind of gains would one expect from such a cycle? (i know everone is different )

Looks good, but for your weight i guess you can pump it to 6 weeks and you might run it like this 50/50/50/75/75/100 or 50/50/75/75/75/100 you can adjust this if you start seeing anything wrong, most of the logs say that it will kick in during the 3rd week, and also say that the gains will vary between 5lbs to 10lbs and some decrease in the BF% and as you said everyone is different.

During the cycle "in addition to what you will take" i would take Whey, Casien, joint support supp, fish oil and the multiVs. if you got back problems you may look for Taurine.

I would start taking creatine with your mentioned PCT and you may look for Reversitol or 6-OXO and also Lean Xtreme & natural Test booster, i would still be taking Whey, Casien, joint support supp, fish oil and the multiVs.

Thanks for the pct link great info. I think i need to do alot more research before i order anything. lol Really want to make sure i have all my basis covered.

Marko really hit on 99% of the points I was going to make, excellent post on his part. One thing you could consider doing is adding an 11oxo bridge to your cycle, that's what I'm planning on doing with upcoming h-drol cycle. Since this is your first use maybe you could run something like 50/50/75/75/75 + 2 week bridge to PCT.

Just wandering if Reversitol or 6-OXO is considered better from users here than Anabolic Innovations Post Cycle Support ? Also these pct's wont get test levels back up enough on their own or is a natural Test booster just going to help? Not looking to start this for about a month or so i want to get my body weight down to around 205 lbs then use the cycle to go back up with lean muscle. Thanks guys also if anyone used different supps for their first cycle can you post exactly what you used and how it worked for you? I would like to compare/contrast before i make a final decission on what to get.
Also what products are recomended for joint support and whats a good natural Test booster?

looks like a good set up for a first cycle. The only advice I can add is if you decide to jump to 6 weeks or 75 mg, use reversitol and PCS for pct...like this:
