yeah, my chest seems to be slow to grow so i fatigued it before moving to compound movements. u can also do side/front raises before shoulder press or leg extensions before squats. u should try it!
i can use more weight if i go straight to compound exercises, but my triceps are holding my chest back from growing cause they give out before my chest.

Hey man, i'm the guy that lives in the extension building F and was wondering what you've been doing eating wise, i've been having trouble with my diet due to the lack of a car and not much choices in the student union/around campus. Anything special your doing that might help me out?
