Diet help...First Competition in april/may...Right amount in Shakes? REPS FOR HELP
Whats Shake Can be made 5-6 Times a day for a Meal Replacement?
I Weigh 211 and will be getting to most likely 215/218 by the end of nov
i do not know my BF% but i believe its between 19/21% (im guessing higher i think)
i want to start leaning out, i have no access to a kitchen and all i have is a blender microwave and a fridge and i would like to make a simple shakes for my meals. What the correct cal intake for a 12-16 week cut?
16-week transformation?
i have:
whey
natural pb
oats
bananas
(will get whatever needed but no freezer in fridge)
whats the correct measurements for each that it is not over kill
i also have bin making SciVation's "sludge" and its awesome
im going to start logging my meals and measurements and im going to decrease my cals every or every other week not sure still reading allot but i will also increase my cardio weekly
anyone that can help me will be really appreciated and will guide me and help me in the right direction so i can do my first competition hopefully around April/May
