1 year progress but a work in progress
So now I'm starting a 3month bulk cus I think I need more mass to cut the fat more efficently and to make shape of anything. But here is my 1 year progress. Here's my time scale:
- First 5-6 months just ate cleaner and cut drinking out by 50-75%. Lost 4Kg initially 76Kg->72Kg.
- Found bb.com and 1st cut 3 3/4 months cut 72Kg->64Kg
-> Macro: C34 /P42 /F24
- Break and 6-week mini-clean bulk/break 64Kg->72Kg
-> Macro: C50 /P30 /F20
- 2nd Cut, Keto 11-Weeks 72Kg-> 67.5Kg
-> Macro: C 30-40g/ P around 150g/ F the rest fat
Note: I did drink about once a week on the weekend. Longest I went was 2 1/2 weeks no drinking on Keto. I'm not to strong for quiting completely I tried. Anyways, I'm looking forward to gaining some mass on a clean bulk again and burning fat faster around next feb./march-ish. I still have stubborn as hell fat on the lower pecs but anyways much better then before. Bi-ceps are a tad bigger and upper back is lean except for the remainder of the love-handles. Figure I'm around 13%ish bf, could be wrong. Any comments and advice much appreciated and repped,
thx

Nice progress! Be sure to keep your bulk slow; don't get too impatient with the weight you're putting on. Pay attention to how much you're gaining and adjust from there. Good luck : )

Very Very nice progress man
Looks like youve really been working hard
I dont mean to sound like an ass, but i honestly do think u've got a minor case of gyno.
Your BF seems pretty low already, but thats just what i think
GL on your bulk, and work hard on your upper pecs

Thx. I suppose it's possble cus I'm not a doctor. Funny though cus one of the symptoms is hardness directly under the nipple and nipple puffyness which i don't have but it is a semi-hard fat like a line from the front lower pec to the side, under the arm a little. I hope it's not though cus it's expensive to get it fixed.
