Workout
i went on a 30 min brisk walk w/ my doggie, Zoey!
shoulders:
Arnold dumbell press:
3x10 15 lbs
Dumbell one arm upright row
3x10 10 lbs
power partials
4x10 10 lbs
chest:
dumbell bench press:
3x10 17.5 lbs
(couldnt really find alot of dumbell exercises for chest)
sidebends:
3x25 20 lbs left
3x25 20 lbs right

well compared to the cars that are popular in Australia, its a pretty big car. :P I have a pulsar. (small car of the year at some point!)
i dont know any chest dumbell exercises either... lol
diet looks solid. are you getting enough calories?

ok i have been wanting to get either an elliptical or treadmill, but i cannot decide which one.
i wanted an elliptical like the one at 24 hour fitness but i cannot find one, in my price range anyway
any suggestions to which would be better for me??

I personally would get an elliptical because I can run outside whenever I want, but I can't elliptical. not to mention, its less impact, so more likely to be able to use it when im injured, or older.
just my opinion.

sorry i know i've been dissapearing, im a slacker! BUT i finally got a workout routine made up for me..
it'll go something like this:
Sunday: legs & back
Monday: Chest & Shoulders & Arms
Tues: Cardio
Wed: Full Body
Thurs: Cardio
Friday: Full body
Sat: Cardio
And of course, any added extra cardio w/ that.. duh...
I'm starting today.. i know it's a lil late... but its btter then doing nothing...
20 weeks to go, and i've got to really push it.. i dont know what my deal has been ... well i know but theres no excuse!

glad your back.
i find that posting, even when things are extremely off track, helps me get back into the right frame of mind

Chest: Incline DB press: 3 x 10 @ 17.5 lbs
Legs: DB Squat: 3 x 12 @ 22.5 lbs
Back: Bentover DB row:
Shoulders: Overhead DB press: 3 x 10 @ 17.5 lbs
Triceps: Standing Tricep Extentions: 3 x 17.5 lbs

i got a treadmill instead.
i just feel like i get more of a workout w/ a treadmill.

i actually LOVE the treadmill over the elliptical (but it makes my knees angry).
how do you feel sidebends are working for you?? I was under the impression that they might remove the definition of my waist (probabaly misinformed)

i do them b/c in the past i have lost a few inches from doing them on my waist. and i can feel them tighten my upper abs also. but it could be my imagination

Nice workouts.
One thing to keep in mind. You don't want to go too heavy on sidebends because a lot of time they will cause your midsection to thicken
