thank you , yep i worked all weekend , fri 9 hrs , sat 10 , sund 8 hrs ,
working 7-4 all week give or take 1 hour.
will go out on tues my day off ,
beach ?? its lovely out, but im off to shave , shower , and finish watchnig ufc from sat night and in bed by 8 pm

Thursday June 26 update
HI folks ,
No workouts since last thurs.
My anniversary came and went . Worked 7am - 4pm or so this week and had tuesday off. We 3 went out for breakfast and did some basic shopping like any one esle . Came home and did lots of yard work to get ready for the 4th of july next friday and some "" props "" for an upcoming VIDEO .
My skin condition comes and goes . My face is ok . My forearms come and go almost over night . I carry to much water and sodium in my body after almost 20 yrs of abusing soda . But my weight is coming back down . I hover at 268- 271 lbs since monday.
hard getting up at 530 am after 8 yrs working from 130pm- midnight . and 14 yrs of 11pm- 7-9 am for 14 yrs . frozen foods is now my dept.
not a hard job. just VERY time consuming. and not meant for 1st shift .
mostly 3rd shift . I did frozen 3rd shift for about 4 yrs on and off .
Have not eaten much this week and NOOOOOOO im not starving my self or anything. body clock is just messed up. NOOOOOOOOOOOO
problem going to sleep from 9-10 pm but waking up every 2 hrs or so .
Found a few new energy drinks this week , to wake me up . And getting use to driving 20 miles a hr a time .
No weights this week . its 515 pm and looks like it gonna pour rain any minute . LOTSSSSSSS of cardio .
worked my right shoulder and hamstrings as much as i could .
Planning on doing chest / triceps in a few mins .
working 530am - 2 pm or so friday.

I went off to hit chest and triceps
Incline Dumb Press - 30's x 10 , 50 's x 10 , 70's x 6 ,5

sunday june 29 update
Hello freinds .
friday and sat a bunch or arguements on when the frozen load should be put up . AAAAMMAZZINGggggggggg how those who NEVER did my jobs over 23 yrs have answers .
SOOOOOOOOOO im back to working 130- pm to 11 pm this week .
all the depts are hurting for help / people power then i have ever seen in all my yrs .
My weight is done to 267.4 lbs at 9am still planning on breaking 250 lbs in about 7 weeks on friday august 22 ?
no workouts friday and saturday worked in garden and yard
No work on tues and friday the 4th ,
peaceeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee

Hello folks
sorry i have not said much let alone posted on any 1's pages .
or replied to emails . Please accpet my apoligises.
work sucks , lots of arguing every day when i'm not there and some more when i am there.
1 part timer quit / ready to be fired fo rno show no call ,
another out the door very soon . left 2 hours early , just up and left .
starting friday ( today) after i watch and take pics / video of my towns huge 4th of july 5k road race , and other events , cook out ( if no rain )
and a mardi gras parade down next to the beach.
I am going back ot VERY old school of training . I am a very hardcore believer in recovery, roatating training styles ( cycles ) and lots of training methods . I dont believe all the muscles recover in ther same amount of days and when to pritorise (sp?) to tired at 1230 am to write
I will be posting again and posting daily videos in a few days . im bending over backwards at work to get certain hours on certian days to make the job more productive but the store manager is clueless ( i worked for him before 10-14 yrs ago , when i was 3rd shift FROZEN / DAIRY )
I would love to be the fly on the wall sat morning when he finds out what happened last night .
my plans are still to get under 250 by mid august and i was 266.8 lbs when i woke up thurs am ..
I hiope everyone has a FANTASTIC weekend . No arguing with anyone ok ??? leave that up tp me ...

weds july 23 , update
HI everyone,
yes i am buried at work. 6 days a week since whenever.
3 part timers quit, everyone including my self taking turns for vacations,
massive cable comp problems with their online security so i cant gewt online when i can .
no weights since i posted last . weigh is 265-268 max.
last week bought another mass combo like i did 4 months ago or so .
and hammereing out the cardio at work and eating as littel as possible,
i wish EVERYONE THE BEST .
my garden is good , letttuce is all gone. tomatoes are getting red , and lots of cucumbers,
peace and smiles to everyone !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Barbell flat bench press

Partial ( 1/4 reps ) Barbell Squats
135 x 20 , 225 x 20 , 335 x 15
(need thicker pad, maybe powerlifting usa mag )

VACATION WEEK , and no more wining .
SO those who know me , know i took over frozen foods back in mid june and took on alot of problems and reacurring problems.
#1 leaving work more whipped than a GOV'T MULE .
#2 back to eating like i did 15 yrs yrs ago , back to the NEW organic foods .
#3 no processed foods by weeks end .
#4 buying a new pc at best buy by years end because my son and i crashed this pc a few times and lost most of the basic stuff .
#5 by weeks end log EVERYTHING i eat and drink , so i can get results again

reread as much as the book i printed out over the last 3 yrs to MAX OT
i do tons of cardio at work again like i did on 3rd shift ( left april 2008 )
so its back ot lo reps (4-7) and upping poundage every workout

I will be here when i can to support my freinds who fall down as much as i have over the years , and keep getting back up .and help those who get lost in too many ideas and routines .

MAX OT getting REstarted .
warmup - chest
slow pushups 4 , 4,
flat barbell bench press - 135 lbs x 6, 155 x 7
