i have seem to hit my "set point" if you will....of 216...i have made some more changes to my diet, lowering a little bit here, raising a bit here...i've been at 216 for about 3 weeks or so
bb incline-6 sets of 2 with 220
t-bar rows-6 plates for 8/4 plates for 15
db incline bench-75's for 12/100's for 9
lay z boy lat pulldowns-180 for 12
pec dec stretch
preacher curl machine-110 for 12
20 x 20 second intervals on the elliptical.....due to cost, i'm lowering the dosage of my Xtend to 1 scoop between meals and 2 scoops post workout...i think that's what Layne recommends anyway.
i will be changing up my split Dec 13th....to weights 4 days a week and cardio 3 times a week....i was going to wait till March but i think my body is starting to stalemate out...i can't afford any downtime...July i return and dominate
good leg day...my pump is out of this world right now...i went in and i wasn't in a good mood at all...a little down, but nothing puts a smile on my face like some occlusion...

today i finally broke through 216....down to 215 this morning
just got back from doing some occluded cardio and voting...20 minutes occluded elliptical followed by 10 minutes occluded calve treadmill walking...quite the pump
what a workout today was...i met one of my goals of curing 180 for 5 so that's definitely a plus...i'll be honest with you, i'm pretty damn excited about heading back up to Champaign Friday morning...i'm heading up there to hang out with the man himself, Chris Fahs, and to watch him take the stage...this guy is a freak and also one of the nicest most humble people you'll ever meet...makes for a good combination....
