Women and lifting-different body part each day?

Just curious if a woman should train a different part(s) each day just like a male wanting to build mass. I would assume that a woman's muscles also need time to recover. Since she isn't maxing out, but doing half way heavy sets and a decent number of reps, should she allow at least 3 or 4 days before she trains that same part(s) again?

Why would a woman not max out? Women should train the same as men, and go to failure occasionally too.

It's a matter of preference. Some women do well with whole body workouts, or with a lower body day followed by an upper body day. Others work one or two body parts each workout, and allow a week for recovery.

why would a woman only train at "half way heavy sets and decent number of reps"?

and yes recovery time applies for most people...

I'd suggest maximum effort though otherwise you get half-assed results... and women should never worry about getting "bulky" because it isn't gonna happen without proper eating or even steroids.. depending.

I'm a guy and been lifting heavy for over a year now but eating maintenance or less with a few over maintenance periods and I get called skinny only... which is what a lot of women are striving for no?
