Saturday I attended the Mountain Valley bodybuilding contest. Kai Greene guest posed and BodySpace's own Mary Printz competed! The following video was from a month ago at NABBA Nationals which Mary won:

I didn't take my camera along to the Mountain Valley. Just wanted to relax and be a fan without looking through a viewfinder. The show was phenomenal. Brenda Simmons and her crew always put on a great show.

So last week was a whopping zero for me. My last workout was an hour of cardio on Saturday, October 18.

Tonight I earned 3 points for another hour of cardio (treadmill) and 5 points for a workout.

Eight for me. Howzabout YOU?

I plan on entering C6 told my bosses no more killing myself on the job . and they found me a great parttimer with experience. so by years end i hope im back ot where i was and drop my waist to 34 by mid / late april when we go to disney in FLA .

Last November 1, I weighed 149 lbs.

I'm not going back down to that weight, but a CUT is definitely in order.

I was a stick.

The 149 pic was November 1, 2007 and the 186.5 was, uh, I forget. I'm actually sitting at ten pounds over that now. Dropped to 197 and a fraction of a pound as soon as I stopped force feeding.

I wouldn't call them "flexing" vids as much as "exhaling" vids.

Madden won (good call, imo), but it was a big hate fest more or less. But, again, that's just my perspective. I thought it was a freaking train wreck.

IT'S ON!!!

I think my goals will include upping my pop guns to 15 1/4" instead of their current scrawny 14 1/2" as well as reducing my waist from its current 39-plus inches to something more reasonable. Definitely not dropping to 149 or anywhere near that neck of the woods again, but 185 and trim might not be such a bad idea. Especially for my frame.
