Post your bench/squat/deadlift ratio
We post our bench/squat/deadlift ratio.
wanna see what everyone is like.
make your bench = 1 since it is the lowest out of al the lifts.
then divide everything by your bench.
so for example:
bench: 180/180 = 1
squat: 250/180 = 1.40
deadlift: 308/180 = 1.71
= 1/1.40/1.71
i think my bench is a bit low. currently working on it.

I know, my bench sucks donkey balls.
Squat - 320, Dead - 396, Bench - 176.
I was stuck with the same weight on bench for months, so I switched to DBs a week ago. Hopefully my failbench will go up to 200-220 by new years.

My bench also sucks lol
Bench = 1
Squat = 1.38
Deadlift = 2.11
I havn't BB benched in a while coz i use db's now and i squat without a spotter or rack or else my squat might be a little better.

My back is pretty messed up.. which is probably whats causing that. But My deadlift hasn't gone up much in about 2 months either! I started at 155 and got to 225 in 3 weeks and now haven't gone up at all in 4 sessions.

i know my deadz are not proportionate because i life them wierd i was taught wrong when i started using my back so now i lift with both my back and my legs its odd i need to get a vid up

That's how you should do it. It's not a back exclusive exercise, legs play a pretty big part in the lift too...
Anyway, by that logic, your squat should be much higher.
