More sets or hittnig muscles more often while on cycle yes , no??

wondering if i should use more sets or hit muscles more times a week while on a 600mg dose of sust a week. currently doin each muscle once a week bigger muscles 20-25 sets smaller 12-15. here am been lifting 3.5 yrs http://bodyspace.bodybuilding.com/Gymrat22379/

Well, not knowing your exact routine, I'd probably say yes. Recovery time is less when on cycle, and you should be training harder. Just make sure you are getting adequate rest.

I'd recommend increasing compound exercises, followed by a few targeted moves.

On AAS or not each muscle need rest about 5 days before u train it again..I research too much about this subject and believe me is best to leave the muscle rest than overtrain it..Before some months I was on a precontest diet and cycle(tren,test,eq,GH,slin)and I started training more than usually..I always go to gym 5 days/w and 2 days off(one on Thirsday and one on Sunday).So after being on such a big cycle for first time in my life i was feeling that i could train more than usually..So the 3 of the 5 days I started working out morning and evening(twice a day)..After I got my blood test,my doctor(he knew that I was on AAS)told me that I was loosing muscle!!So my advice is to rest enough ur muscles..If u want to get bigger eat more,dont train more
