I know you guys said it was covered if you should take something after cardio days but I didn't notice reading it untill I came across my post. Thanks again guys!

Take what ? On off days you just do AM cardio , you can take BCAA's , EAA's and glutamine before or sip on them during cardio ..

After doing cardio is it recommended to take anything? Kinda like you'd have your pwo shake after a training session. Is it the same after cardio or it doesn't matter?
Thanks in advance.

So what your saying is finish my training, drink my pwo shake then do my cardio? What about on just cardio days?
My pwo shakes includes whey hydroslate, around 13 000mg of BCAAs and 5g of creatine monohydrate and maltodextrin.

This is formerly uwish1. Anyways. Just started keto/anabolic diet today. All is well except for I have noticed a little twitching in my legs but other than that no major adjustments or problems physically with the low carbs so far. Did a chest day and 30 minutes of low intensity cardio...heart rate was consistently at 120-130 BPM.

Take not: THAT's the condition you want in the offseason.

God damnit. I'm pretty sure I pulled BOTH hamstrings when squatting. You know how on the downward portion of squats, it puts stress on your hamstrings? I think that's when it happened.
Yesterday my hammies were a little stiff so I pushed back leg day, but I guess they didn't get better. I haven't even done anything to irritate them.
Now I walk like a damned penguin.
Anyone else ever done that?

Hey bro sorry to hear about this , but highly unlikely you pulled both hammies you would be in very bad pain brother ... So take it easy , stretch lightly till it opens up more , ice , get a massage and let them recover !!
