But just on a side note.... even if this wasn't a creatine product I'd probably drink it everyday because it tastes DAMN GOOD, the taste really hits you and wakes you up.
I drink my Green Mag pre-workout and It just provides some kind of psychological stimulus that really revs me up to hit the gym, I never miss a workout. Knowing that I'm taking the product also makes me want to push past my limits to see what can really be achieved while taking the product.
IN SHORT: The product has done a lot for me psychologically in terms of motivation and commitment (which isn't even its primary function), I rate it very highly.

sounds accurate to me
the taste is amazing. go for green magnitude slushies and popsicles for off days

yes, fine to combine and take within close proximity to one another

CELL-TECH HARDCORE (By: Muscletech)
This is by far the best supplement I?ve EVER taken in all the training I?ve done. It has loads of monohydrate creatine so you get 10 pounds of mass in a couple weeks. You also get a LOT stronger. The glutamines in it allow your muscles to recover faster so you can work them out better. This supplement allowed me to obtain the bench record out of the whole High School (5A school, biggest school there is) at the age of barely 18. For people who want to get mass in the SHORTEST amount of time, take cell-tech.

Biotest Micronized German Creatine Monohydrate. High quality, no grit, micronized, just the way it should be. No bload, no crap scraped off the ground for fillers etc.

I go between micronized creatine and MBI CEE creatine. I use the CEE when I want to stay lean and gain muscle and switch to standard micronized creatine when I want to gain all out mass and dont care bout bloat.

dont we all wish we could put on 10lbs of mass in a couple of weeks, that is just water weight, which is not a bad thing, superhydrated muscles will help you train harder, just understand that water bloat does not count as lean mass gains, it will go away when you ditch the supp.

well b4 you buy something read the supplement facts carefuly along with the advertisement. no explode is a pre workout energy/ pump product, it has very little creatine. i don't even know why its rated so high cause its not a very good pre workout. i suggest if you're looking for the best product go to one of these supplement wars threads and read what people have to say cause some of the highest rated things are not even very good. for starting out on creatine i would probly recomend controlled labs Green Magnitude. it has VERY good reviews and in my opinion has an extrodinary taste for any type of supplement. it also is pretty cheap per serving. and maybe u should try lowering the dose on n.o. explode. if that doesn't fix the side effects then give it to someone who wants it

green mag is excellent on the cost per serving basis too for a creatine cocktail product

So, I have a question:
Creatine is effective and adds muscle mass and weight but isn't true once ur off the stuff you lose it? Is there a way to maintain what you get once off creatine?

any muscle you build while using creatine you will keep, the only thing you lose is the water weight which you should have never counted as "lean mass" anyway. if you put on some fat you wouldnt call that muscle, the water is no different. everybody says they lose their gains because they get all excited when they gain 10 pounds in a few weeks and think its muscle. meanwhile they dont actually build any real muscle so when they ditch the supp the water goes away and they are left with exactly what they started with, nothing!

Quick question here, sorry if I am being lazy and not looking into it myself, but I keep reading these awesome reviews on green mag. Just want to get this straight, you take it before you workout and can you stack it with another NO product (other then white flood)?

I hear where your coming from on that! i am using the Micronized Creatine
by Higher Power while im cutting and im doing a good job of staying the same weight, losing body fat, and gaining a bit of strength which is cool... im also using protein powder and multi vit but overall i dont think its all marketing scheme... though the german micronized yada yada yada is marketing scheme the creatine itself isnt bad plus it is creatine monohydrate!
