so far I've been doing alright with my routines and change ups. but if anyone has any siggestions as to how one might improve as a boxer(or just in strength, speed, or endurance) I would appreciate it very much. Thank you

As for speed and endurance, I am going to have to go with Skipping. The jump rope is a boxer's best friend. You will develop both speed as you get better at it, you will be able to go for longer over time and it will get your feet moving especially when you increase the speed at which you skip.

Strength training is always a good idea for strength, anything like compound lifts such as benchpress/deadlift/squats/bentrows. Be careful though, you do not want to do this on the same day as practice, unless you go at a lighter weight. You want to get the most out of your actual boxing routine that your trainer is putting you through. You can do circuits during your boxing sessions, such as 1 minute of a selected bench press weight, selected squat weight, lunges, pushups, situps... etc... What you put in your circuit should be discussed with you and your trainer. Hope that helped.
