Question How much cardio?

I know this is a tough question to answer... but I'm looking to shed body fat, not necessarily lose lbs. (I'm only 165lbs.). How much cardio should I be doing a week? Min, etc.? I've started to do the small meals every 3 to 4 hours, etc. I know that nutrition is important in cutting down the last of body fat... but training is just so much easier. So is there an ideal range of cardio I should be hitting a week? I teach P.E. so it's easy for me to rack up 5 or 6 hours a week of cardio in the morning before classes and lift later at night. I also understand that something like HIIT will effect the amount of time cardio is done per week too. Thanks for the insight.

Thats a conceptual question... how much depends on individuals... you could train untill you could take it on your body.. there is the necessity of discipling to reduce the body fat and cardio is the best solution... and a clean diet too... so ensure the discipline coimng in..

good luck
