Getting there . . .
My pics are in my bodyspace gallery. I was at the mall Sunday trying on shorts and bought some 29" waist. Not bad for somebody who has a 58" waist 18 months ago, LOL.
Seriously, huge kudos to everyone who has changed their lives, and good luck to the people who are starting. You'll never regret the change.

My 4 year transformation...still working at it.
I started to pay attention to what I ate and started to workout at the end of senior year of high school 4 years ago when I was 18. I'm 22 now, and am proud of my progress thus far, but am still gunning to be lean and ripped sometime this year. On to the pics:
Before (285 lbs., holding my 18th birthday Better Than Sex Cake haha)
Today (196 lbs., have been clean bulking the past few weeks, but I think my bf% is too high so will lean up as much as I can before I do it again.)

3 year transformation
I also posted this in the Michigan thread:
A little background:
Used to weigh 485lbs, went on a serious diet and lots of cardio, with light lifting at high reps 3x a week. Lost 265lbs in about 30 months time.
At one point I had gotten down to 211lbs but felt bad, sickly almost. My problem now is loose skin for sure, but my arms aren't that bad and I'm trying to destroy them at the gym and eat more in order to bulk some muscle onto them to try and fill out the skin. My legs are HUGE from carrying around so much weight, so I would just like to keep them toned up and not gain any mass on them at all. I want to tone my lower body and mass my upper body if that is possible.
Currently I bounce between 230-245. I am 6'3" with a large frame. I seem to gain muscle pretty easily but also gain fat easily too.
Not really flexed in the back shot, just resting, I know I gotta take care of that hair lolol

52 day cut transformation
Last year when I first stated working out seriously, I weighed 164 lbs @ 6'2". For several months I bulked up, eating everything in sight, and trained hard to put on some decent mass. I moved the scale all the way up to 198 lbs. Recently I decided to trim down to see what was under the fat. Here's my cut result:
Here's one after a massive carb load

Awesome Cyde,
What diet/training regimen did you use for your cut? I want to start cutting again and am curious as to what you did. My diet before worked to get most of the weight off but I want to try and get more shredded

All I can say is train hard and heavy start off with small weights and increase the load each rep vut train with negatitve resistance not positive!
also add gluatamine with ur protein powder and eat every 2-3hrs protein TRY THAT IT WILL WORK and SQUAT SQUAT! it does work

To anyone that has sent in a submission for Transformation Of the Week/Month...do you get a reply back? I sent one in last week and never got anything in return. Just wanted to check.
