Has anyone seen his new training video?
I was thinking about prying the 40 dollars out of their calf-skin prison so I could have a copy of it.

Gotta love the Blade's symmetry, there's hardly anyone like him in the IFBB in terms of aesthetics and straight cut symmetry.
I think the deep cuts between his obliques and his core abdominals are crazy, i mean, you could actually grate cheese on his obliques, they are that cut lol

Dude is pimp, but as for spotting the differences they are minimal, the lost overal conditioning in the left pic and dare i say a slight decrease in chest thickness? even a ever so slight loss of definition in his biceps.
That bein said i would rather chose the right pic than the left.
Lesson to learn, come in with the same package and you will never win the BIG enchilada. Moar back thickness needed, and some moar separation/definition in the quads.

LOL WUT...
his chest is thicker/fuller, triceps are bigger,, the center of the quad is showin up again (he'd basically been without it for a while before 2006), quads have even better sweep. His lats are not only bigger but also they don't just look like they taper anymore, it's like they explode out now and got sweep from top to bottom. His hamstrings are awesome, too and his separation between the quads and hams in the side poses is awesome. If ya seen the Arnold Classic prejudging, his hamstrings KILLED Phil Heath's. Looked like a boy next to a man(Kai had the best hams in the show though IMO). Only thing he still missing is calves, and that'll probably never change, but everything he's got is polished from all angles and everything flows together.

He said he's gonna try addin 5 pounds of contest weight for the Olympia. He added 7 pounds of contest weight from his previous heaviest for the Arnold Classic. He was 233 at the Arnold Classic. So he should be 238 or so at the Olympia but that'll probably be his highest. I'm thinking 236 or somewhere around there, but come on man, he started as a bantamweight. He's added like 80+ pounds or somethin, almost 100 pounds of muscle since he started. He doesn't need to play the mass game, he just needs to come in at his best. If that means adding SOME size here and there, that's fine since that's what he's been doing his whole career. Ain't his fault if some folks haven't noticed it.

like i said before, he is the only current bodybuilder to have beaten all of the current 08 Mr.O competitors, including Jay. Dexter has the package to beat Jay and anyone else on stage, he has improved every year and drastically improved from last year, he currently has the most pro wins this year.
He isnt going to win the Olympia, because if it was for best COMPLETE physique, from head to toe then he would win, not Wolf, not Phil Heath, but Dexter Jackson, but this is the Olympia and Jay is going to take it again.

I think Dex is going to take the "O" this year. Mark my word, I am the first to call it. He is 251lb as of our Friday conversation and this is the heaviest he has ever been. I saw him in the gym the other day and the abs and waistline is still there. So be prepared you may be right.

All I'm sayin, is if Dex looked that full and conditioned with the Arnold Classic's finals lighting (which is made to look cool for production value but doesn't really showcase muscle all that well), then that should give you an idea of how sliced, diced, and shredded he was.

i dont think dexter will be a good champion like jay, jay will do what he has to, to retake the sandow atleast once more.. dexter just goes around saying "oh i won because jay wasnt at his best, he doesnt know how to diet correctly", and in the other hand, jay never mentions anything bad about another competitor... win or loose.

I hate when novice ppl get on here and run down somebody who has been in the game far longer than Jay and who deserves it because they didn't listen to the media and blow up there physique while losing the physique. Jay is done buddy and Heath will take it before he reclaims the Sandow. If you knew anything about these guys, they all talk trash about each other. It is all in beefing up the marketing for the shows and competitions.
Like I said back 4 months ago, Dexter was going to take it this year. It happen, It is over...... and he has won something a lot of other bb' will never get, i don't give a dam if he only won it one time....
