About a year ago, I stacked NO-Xplode and Cellmass for 3 months and made the best gains I've ever made naturally. When those tubs ran empty, I got back on the forums and noticed that the Green Bulge and white Blood stack was all the rage and decided to make the switch. Big mistake on my part. I couldn't focus in the gym, caught myself yawning while sitting on the bench on several occasions. Pumps were not near as good and I didn't notice any gains. Made the switch back to NO-Xplode / Cellmass and things were back in action.
I've been browsing the forums again lately and noticed that Animal Pump is getting pretty good reviews and the price seems decent as well. I'm thinking of trying it out to see how it compares to BSN.

Quick question, is it useful to take a serving before AND after a workout? Since NO xplode is also a cell volumizer, and dont muscles absorb most of the nutriests after the workout?

Im currently stacking the MASS STACK and seen great results within a month. Strength went up, weight went up, recover faster within any soreness or anything. N.O.-XPLODE keeps me focus and energizes for hours within any quits.

A buddy of mine recently tried the product, and although he liked it, it seemed his energy sputtered after 45 minutes, and he ended up having a rough end to his workout...this happened both days that he tried to product.
Another buddy who is diagnosed with ADHD took NoExplod and noticed absolutely no benefits from it energy wise, which I thought was interesting.
Having went through several bottles of this I would reccomend this to most people to try! I swear that it is the main reason I put on weight as fast as I have! Here is a little advice though:
Do not use on non training days, it's a waste.
For every 8 weeks cycle off for 2, your body becomes immune to it.
Take on a somewhat empty stomach. For a while in the mornings due to school and work time restrictions I would drink a protein shake and 30 mintues later drink my NoXplod with no solid food in my system...bad idea, nausea, gas that drove people out of the gym, and dissyness. The best thing to do is eat throughout the day and give one to two hours for your stomach to settle then take it. When I do it that way there are no side effects and it still works great. If taken on a full stomach you don't notice hardly any benefit.
If you like the product and want to order more, do not use the same flavor for too long because eventually just thinking of it makes you sick. The only flavor I have tried that I didn't like is Blue Rasberry. When you mix it sometimes it looks like a chemistry set gone bad. Lemon Lime is my favorite, and Grape and Lemonade are both good!
Give it a shot!

Good post man, I agree with just about all of that.
I took No-Xplode/Cellmass/Nitrix a while back. I loved No-Xplode and Nitrix(though the Nitrix is pretty damn overpriced IMO). The really wasn't very impressed with the Cellmass compared to some oldschool creatine mono I took back in the football days.
No-X definately needs to be on an empty stomach, but watch your dosage at first because if you've been taking 3 scoops on a full stomach and noticing results then 3 scoops on an empty stomach might make you dizzy/lightheaded.
I agree on not taking it on off days, there is no point you're just wasting money. I also agree that you should cycle it because I did notice myself building a bit of a tolerance after taking it for about 6 weeks.
Just like any of the non-staple supps out there though No-X isn't gunna work for everone. I have buddies that love it and plenty of others who swear it is crap just because it didn't work for them. All you can do is try it, I know you used to be able to get sample packets at places like GNC or The Vitamin Shoppe. You ought to notice something you're first time on a 3 scoop serving.

no real point to taking it after your workout. the pre-workout serving is still doin its thing even after your workout. when i took it i was still very vascular 4-5 hrs later.

careful how much u use...
really...
you really do need to be careful how much you use for optimum results...
i tried one... nothing
i tried 2... a bit jittery but nothing much still
3... i just crashed out...
i dont think its about the maximum your body can tolerate, but more about the optimum at which yuor body can operate at a higher level than usual...
on 3 scoops i was lifting less than i would normally, and rather than being focused... i ended up getting really aggressively frustrated, and through a 20 k dumbell at the wall...
i then tried just over one and a half scoops.... and WOW!!
i was so focused, could push myself to lift more and could really feel my muscles throbbing!!
i advise trying it, but be careful, it says on the back of the tub to find your tolerance level...
the more finely you do this, the more you will notice the results...
ps... i dont advise any other stimulants to be used with this... felt like my head was gonna burst when i woke up on a morning.

I am also in Richmond.
You would be better off buying offline ( www.bodybuilding.com store has generally good pricing). If you want to buy local, I usually go to the Vitamin Shoppe on West Broad on the way towards Short Pump. Right near the "Tripps" restaurant.

N.O.-XPLODE is awesome. Certain flavors taste horrible though. The Orange flavor is absolutely horrible. Fruit Punch and Lemon Lime flavors are the best tasting.

Its good tasting and relatively effective, but the pricing leaves something to be desired.
I have since tried a number of supplements and ended up sticking with my Universal Nutrition Shock Therapy/Storm stack over the BSN as it simply is a better value.

Not true, I think.
I take 1,5 scoops before my workout and it doesn't 'wake me up' as much as a cup of coffee or a tin of RedBull. It gives me a lot of energy, but keeps me calm mentally, while when I drink an ordinary caffeine drink, I get a bit more nervous. And I've NEVER had any sleep problems after Xplode, in fact, I tend to fall over the bed right when I get back home from the gym. I rather feel tired after an "Xploded" workout.
One problem I experienced with Xplode was it made me very dizzy and jittery first time I took it (that was only half a scoop!); however, after several doses I kinda got used to it. Now I take from 1 to 1,5 scoops and my workouts are way more intensive and I feel better after it.

I just got through my first tub of NO Xplode. It worked ok at first but i built up a tolerance fast and went from 1 scoop to 3 in about 2 weeks just to feel the same effects. also i had little or no pumps, but it did give me lots of energy until toward the end of the tub when even 3 scoops did very little. I just started on White Flood and had the best workout of my life. Much better pumps and the energy level is about the same, plus its a much better value. NO XPlode definately tastes better though

BTW, is N.O.-XPLODE good for aerobic exercise (running, spinning etc) or not? BSN acts like it's for everything (though doesn't clearly state) but it makes no sense; XPLODE makes blood stay in muscle, is this good in order to make it circulate well?

Really Worth It?
After reading all these comments it seems like the only real benefit people are reporting is that noexplode is great for its energy boost before a workout. I think I will stick with caffeine pills and save my money.

no-explode works for 2 weeks then your body gets used to it and it stops working. then once it stops working if you try to quit using it your body lags in ur work out. its like an addiction
no-xplode is a good product but i wouldn't use more than 2 scoops and not every workout, just on days when you really need an extra lift or energy

Cell Mass + NO Explode + Nitrix
I have used the above stake twice now and I am now on my third cycle. I had good results the first two times gaining approx. 10lbs and keeping approx 6lbs after cycling off. I agree that the effects of NO explode diminish over time but I always start with 1 scoop and try to finish the third month with 2-3 scoops, this seems to help keep the effectivness higher for all three months.

ive used the original CEM3 NO Xplode before with great results, but the New AVPT version does nothing for me with energy or focus, etc. Has anyone else noticed a huge difference in the two?

For me...NO Xplode did not work for me.
1 scoop - had no effect
2 scoops - had no effect
3 scoops - had no effect
I might add that coffee and energy drinks does not effect me in energy levels at all. I guess I have a tolerance for energy boosting drinks and supplements.
