I hope so, I learned how to "spot" myself so that will greatly help...I spotted the first set and did 3 reps and then with no help with a spot I did 2 clean reps on my own

Thanks a lot ^_^, and ohhh i didn't realize that was from the start. I need to measure my waist today at some point actually. See if its back to 32/33 yet. I doubt that though. Anyway, I forgot to weight myself so i will do my weight in tomorrow. Hope you are doing well Brian!

Alright have my ups and downs, but had a alright run yesterday and did a lot of walking today. Was going to work my arms, but then I got stuck babysitting.

because you aren't using them as you would a weight, you are dispersing all of their weight throughout your body, legs, arms, shoulders, once they are up, its not putting any more pessure on your arms...how old are they?

So, I don't know if we are doing this anymore, but until I get a confirmation I am going to put up my weekly stats anyway. So I gained a lb. I also found out my Aunt's scale is wrong by 2lbs so I am actually 176. lol, boo. Oh well, maybe that higher amount will make me work hard for once. I am not sure why I gained week this week though, it just happens sometimes I guess. I didn't eat any worse then usually I don't think. Still working on it thought as well! I made sure I went on super long walks on my days off. All were over an hour (I just did my route downtown so I knew I would be out for a long time since I don't feel like running) and just sip black tea along the way since its cold. This week I am trying to focus on reducing my sugar intake. I know this has been a problem lately compared to when I was Florida where it was limited. However, even with gaining some a lb my waist is still a 33". So hopefully by the end of October it will be back down to a 32 or if I am lucky a 31! Halloween is coming so I gotta work hard to look good in those costumes. Especially, since I am hosting the event for my friends lol. :S

Wow, haven't posted in quite awhile on our thread. Well, in this challenge I am down 4lbs in a month and half. Not too shabby since that really is just the two weeks i have lost lol. First month, no so good, hopefully I kick ass for the rest of the comp.

Other changes, allergic to eggs and deciding to slowly cut out all animal products, added sugar, and eventually salt (I am not bad with this except on nuts and seeds). Stalked up on beans lol, and hopefully this will get me out of my junk food rut and help my health since I keep getting sick with various things as we have seen. So hopefully i can do it, I am going to miss cream in my coffee.

Also, haven't drank in a month, been really good. Been getting coffee or water instead, which can be hard, but it I don't really really really really want it, then why bother with the extra sugar and carbs. Actually maybe that is why I got started on chocolate croissants... hmm. lol.

Anyway, you should update too Brian ^_^. I hope you have had more success then me
