WHY should we choose you ! !): I HAVE ALWAYS BEEN WEIGHTLIFTING SINCE I WAS A FRESHMAN IN HIGHSCHOOL, JUST LAST YEAR I WAS IN A TERRIBLE CAR ACCIDENT. I BROKE MY NECK AND HAD A TO WEAR A HALO FOR 4 MONTHS, I CAME OUT OF IT 100%. I STARTED LIFTING ABOUT A MONTH AFTER MY ACCIDENT, BEEN IMPROVING EVER SINCE. Current Training Schedule / Protocol (as much detail as possible): I DO SINGLE MUSCLE GROUPS EACH DAY, FOR EXAMPLE - MONDAY IS A LEG/SHOULDERS DAY, TUESDAY A BACK DAY, WEDNESDAY A CHEST DAY, THURSDAY A BICEPS DAY, AND FRIDAY A TRICEP DAY. I WORKOUT BETWEEN 40MIN TO 60MIN EACH DAY.
Cardio Schedule/Protocol (as much detail as possible): I DONT DO MUCH CARDIO, I HAVE A REALLY FAST METABOLISM.
Current supplements (exact brand/product name): ON'S WHEY PROTIEN. INTERESTED IN WHITE FLOOD BUT NEVER GOT AROUND TO TRYING IT. SUPPLEMENTS ARE EXPENSIVE, LOL.
Current Diet and macros (as much detail as possible): I EAT A LOT OF HIGH PROTEIN.
Current Daily water intake: I DRINK A TONS OF WATER, EVEN MORE DURING MY WORKOUTS.
Short Term Goal: GAIN 10 POUNDS BY THE NEW YEAR AND RETAIN MY SHREDDED ABS.
Long Term Goal:GET MODELING/SPONSORSHIP FOR SUPPLEMENTS AND OR COMPETE. STAYING HEALTHY FOR LIFE ! ! !
