Nutrition & Supplement plan for people who workout in the morning?
Hi I am 5'10 195lbs. I am trying to cut my bodyfat while maintain muscle (who isnt). What I want to know is how should I set my diet plan up if I workout at 6am. I hear a lot of people say dont eat in the morning before you run. but what if I am lifting also? I see nutrtion plans but its always for afternoon workouts. What supplement should I add or subtract? Here is what I am on. Protein, Creatine, Multi, Fat Burner, Casein (night time) and N.O.. Thanks to anyone who can help!!!
