Dorian is the only Pro i have seen train that used perfect form through his entire career. For people like us form is important. Some people may feel confused or annoyed when they hear all this form **** and see coleman throwing weights around without a second thought for form, but you only have to look at him to see that it works. It will not work for you but will for him. All this talk about steroids, how much they eat and how long they have been training for is all very well but people forget one thing, guys like Coleman are few and far between (genetically). Their genes allow them to build huge amount of muscle much more easily than the rest of us.

Noobs in the gym cheat to make a movement easier.
Pros cheat to make that movement harder.

i think technique is important in the beginning as it helps with getting more connection between mind and muscle and help using each muscle to its full potential..
once you have technique down and control of those muscles its okay to stray from technique a little as long as your still in touch with the muscle being worked
just a thought, from my personal experiences

Ouch personal attacks, well thats the joy of freedom of speech. I respect everyones opinion on this subject. I have learnt a great deal about the subject of form and technique thanks for your comments, positive and negative.

I've noticed this too after viewing the giant bodybuilders on youtube. Their form is terrible! Don't see why everyone is trying to discredit you by your avatar pic, that has nothing to do with noticing that. I mean....you'd have to be blind not to see their piss poor form.
Anyway, it's funny, the best form I've ever seen lifting weights was in the show Oz. Great show, just too many dongs flopping around.

i think they use what they think is right, it should be based on each individuals capability... We could redesign and make it safer for yourself based on our requirements and goals.
