Yes this sounds just about right. Also if you wanted to add it to your pre workout you could. Just watch out for headaches. (I get them for some reason). If you do get them Just have the dose in your pre and post workout shakes. Your on the right track. My only question is why your using oats in your post shake? It seems to work for you, I was only asking.

I just started to use Oats too. There are great because they are a cheap complex carbohydrate and taste great in your post workout shake. Highly recommend

simple carbs are much better post workout, save the complex carbs for the morning and throughout the day

yeah i usually never did but apparently your suppose to get some carbs in post workout, i'm not sure if oats are the right type but its what i can manage. plus i'm trying to bulk so the extra calories always help.
u find you get headaches from taking it post workout as opposed to pre?

Yeah thats the reason why I asked. Didn't know if it was just what you prefered or not. Stick with the simple carbs after your workout. Heck even if its a Jelly sandwich on white bread. (I love that one.) Or a Pop Tart. Everything else looks good.

The headache thing might just be me. My tolerance for L-leucine may be low. Who knows.

looks fine. If you wanted to experiment a little, you could take 3-5g leucine between meals as well

oats are just fine as a carb source anytime, which includes post workout.
