Ways to cook tuna
I love tuna - cheap and healthy, always make a toasted sandwich with wheat bread, mayoniase, relish, and swiss cheese. Wondering what else I can do with tuna, that's quick and delicious

Add a can of beans (butter beans, kidney beans etc.), a chopped red pepper and some tomato sauce (like passata). Yum...

Dont precook the egg, you need it for consistency to keep the tuna burger together, sorta like adding eggs to meatballs. If you make the patty flat enough, the egg will cook on the stovetop.

A few ideas:
Tuna patty:
-tuna, egg, bread crumbs, spices mixed together and fried like a burger
Tuna wrap:
-tuna, salsa and melted cheddar in a wrap
Tuna and quinoa:
-tuna, quinoa and salsa mixed together

If you want quick, don't cook it all all (or very little).

It's good cold or heated up, so whichever you fancy. If you want to heat it, you can either do it in a saucepan or just nuke it for 2 minutes.

He asked about ways to COOK tuna. I don't think it's a stretch to assume that he would be starting with raw tuna. Besides, tuna steaks are pretty cheap.
