Getting STOKED! About Anabolic Innovations!

SO today I just recieved my free samples from Anabolic Innovations and I plan on logging (to the best of my ability) the 4 products!

First, STOKED!...There is a 7 day trial of it included in the samples. I have been wanting to try STOKED! for a long time now and finally I get the chance. This may be the only real "log" that I can get out of the samples and I am very very excited.

Second, is the new product callled Essentials. IMO, A great idea for the market. It includes everything, AKA "The Essentials". I don't think that this will be much of a log being that it is only two sample packets, but hey its better than nothing! Also, one of the sample packets includes their protien with it that is called Orange Sunrise. This sounds interesting to me because I have never had any other flavor whey but chocolate.

Third, and finally, Ultimate Omega 3. I have never heard of this product until I recieved it. It says that it includes Heart health, Eye Health, and Joint Health. I dont think I can log this very well but I will try my best with it. It looks like a very comprehensive Omega 3 product.

So I know this isn't too exciting but I thought I would shed some light on what I recieved.

-It came in a timely manor. I think it was about 2 weeks, for a free sample that is very good timing in my opinion!

-Packaged well, everything came in good condition and just what I had asked for plus some. I had no idea that they were releasing an Omega 3 product, and now I have it in my hands...awesome, I think so.

-There was an information card in the package that basically explained every product in their line. Awesome design and very good information.

Overall: 10/10! Incredible customer service. This is the best sample package I have ever recieved. For me, especially in light of the recent news with Designer Supplements (A company that I could trust with any amount of my dollars for their products), this is quite a boost for my opinion of Anabolic Innovations!

REVIEW START DATE: Unless there is some epic tragedy in my life over the next 3 days, I will take my first dosage of STOKED! at 8 am on Monday, October 13th. I will be taking the first Essentials sample that night in my post workout shake. The second sample on Tuesday, this is the one with the Orange Sunrise in it. And I will take the Omega 3 sample on Wendsday or Thursday. Hopefully, I can help out Anabolic Innovations and maybe some other board members!

Hey I thought I would post up my "stats", even though this is not really a major log I would still like to do it right.

Height: 5'8
Weight: 186
BF: 14 % (guessing)

I'm not in spectacular shape, however one could tell that I "work out". I'm not trying to get into any shows or compete on any level, however I like self-improvement, and through lifting I have discovered this. AKA: "I WAS ALWAYS THE FAT KID."

Anyways, I am currently clean bulking right now. I eat very well. Around 3000 cals for now, looking to go higher in the coming weeks, and my macros look something like this. 50% protein, 30 % carbs, 20 % fat. Again, that is not calculated, but from the label reading that I do, it's damn close.

I workout 5-6 times a week: Chest, Legs, Shoulders, Back, Arms. Usually around 50-120 minutes. Cardio is done 3-4 times a week, both low and high intensity sessions.

Expectations: Not looking to really have much change, but i do want to feel the STOKED! and hopefully enjoy it. I'm looking to start a new stack in the coming month of Mass FX, Stoked, and Activate Extreme. Hopefully this will give me a better idea at what I want to do.

yes, I would say pick either MFX or Act-X, no need for both with stoked!

So today is day one...and it came on such bad terms. Today is Columbus Day, a federal holiday. So while all my other buddies are still in bed enjoying the day off, I am here posting from my co-op job. Don't you just looove work.

Anywho, today is the first day of STOKED! and I will take the first sample of Essentials tonight. I took two pills already, and I don't notice anything. Not as if I was looking for something, but I'm hoping that maybe I'll have a good placebo workout tonight!

As for the pills, awesome looking. Silver and metallic red, they are hands down the coolest pills on the market. Also, they were easy to swallow and had no bad taste or smell. I could definatly bear to take these pills for over 6 weeks.

Well that is all for now, I will report back later with my workout and how I felt. Also, my quick review of Essentials and BTW today is the plain powder without the Orange Sunrise whey.

as for the placebo effect....I think if you are expecting a placebo you will feel nothing

I didnt notice much of a difference in workout. I think maybe I was a little more focused, but that is probably due to the fact that I just want to get something out of this...

Anyways, today was back day! I have been giving the Animal Workouts from BBing.com a try....they're pretty sick.

Im sort of a form junkie, so when doing my deadlifts and barbell rows I kept it light, but that doesn't mean I wasn't working.

Overall: 8 for the workout, it was good and i felt happy at the end.

Effects: I haven't really noticed any effects quite yet. Like i said Im not looking for much, maybe a solid boner here and there...lol.

On a side note, I didn't get to try the Essentials today, forgot to bring it to the gym. I think I'm going to have it in the morning though, I'll make myself a nice shake in the am!

Other testers have said the unflavored Essentials tastes best in one of the following

Orange or other fruit juice
Any fruit flavored Crystal lite but mix it strong
A fruit flavored protein powder in water.

These were beta samples meaning that the product formulations are not set in stone.

Depending upon customer feedback such as this thread will be one component in our determining what to do as far as the final products.

We got the names from Team Anabolic Members and sent them the samples.

So today is day 2 and I woke up with that deep sleep feeling like, "whooa"...if you can understand that. Anyways, I was unable to grab a fruit drink or juice this morning to take my unflavored essentials with, so I put tossed it into a chocolate protein shake. AS I WAS NOT DIRECTED. So here we go...

Taste: 5/10. I mean it's an unflavored product, you can't have taste, but this rating is due to the fact that i took it with chocolate whey protein. And the guys at AI specifically mentioned not to, I just really wanted to try it and I didn't have anything else. The taste was bad, but bearable. (I chased it down with coffee)

The Powder: 10/10. No foul smells or unappetizing looks. Just a very fine white powder. It kind of smelled like a box of cereal to me...I don't know though...

Mixability: 9/10. Mixed up very well in my shaker. No grittiness or particles. The only reason it got a 9 instead of 10 was the fact that I could see some of the white stuff floating around, but I did not feel any of it when drinking it or taste anything that was off.

Product: 10/10. Great Idea in my opinion. I think this is long overdue, a real good all in one product. I see now they want to offer it with joint support, that is a definite plus too. The profile of this product is right on point for an all in one, that gives it a 10.

Results: 10/10. I decided to take it in the morning before work, because Tuesdays usually suck for me and I wanted to shake it up a bit (no pun intended). I took it and immediately got a increase in focus and awareness. It all digested well and had no issues with feelings in that regard. The one thing I would say occured, that was a little abnormal but perfectly okay was DOBATS. Delayed Onset Beta Alanine Tingles. I take BA everyday, and I never had it so delayed. Maybe the time of day.

Overall: 10/10. This product will deliver, and will be a great addition to the line. Judging by AI's pricing, it will be a value too!

So for as for the STOKED! at the end of day 2:
-Excellent legs workout, really pushed out good reps till failure
-Feeling pretty good and content
-Bedroom rockin'...assume the best...

Today is Day 3, and look forward to a chest workout write-up and a review of Essentials plus Orange Sunrise protein!

Right now, sipping on some Essentials with Orange Sunrise.

Mixed great, taste great, and profile is great!

What more can you ask for, another shoot and score for AI! By the way, the Orange Sunrise is really quite enjoyable. Great flavor choice to accompany the Essentials because when I had it unflavored the other day, I noticed it needed a fruity, citrusy flavor. Orange Works!
