Does anyone actually do pre nanovapor post halo?
I am curious if these are actually good supps or if its just another sales pitch from Muscletech. Anyone with actual experience with this stack please help.

kitchen sink supps
nano wasnt "bad" but it wasnt great it def ****ed with my head and a couple days got me sick. The crash afterwards was kind of annoying. Would do again if got a great deal on it but doubtful with MT. Ill stick to Raganarok and animal pump for a while.
Anabolic Halo is a joke....

Dude there MT products way to much money on marketing means way less quality actually put into the product.....if you want a solid pre workout i like Body Fuel Torque cause the stims and NO are time released and The CEE and Kre Alkalyn ain't that bad either, but NO3-Overload ain't o bad either. The post Halo ain't nothing speacial either.

You don't need an insulin spike. Why people engage in the practice of consuming mass amounts of simple carbs is beyond me...

I was thinking the same thing. I have always stayed away from simple carbs.

i dont get it either, having just enough simple carbs for glycogen replenishment pwo is just fine.eating a meal afterwards of protein and complex carbs 30min later is the way to go for me imo.

I was never a spiker but I do see where some people would want to do it; especially if they work out in the morning. I do a cup of oats and some whey, might even throw in some PB cuz its delicous and adds calories
As far as the Nano/Halo stack; I tried Nano and it made me sick, Halo is over priced and under dosed in just about every field not to mention prop blends in both.

x2- I always eat a good meal, very high in protein about 30min-1hr after my workouts and found that works the best.
I can't say anything for the nano since I havn't used it but Halo seemed to work great for me. Pictures in my profile of when I started using it and when my tub was gone.

A lot of great questions have been raised in this thread. First, Team MuscleTech researchers believe that a post-workout insulin spike is critical to increasing the permeability of your cell membranes to drive post-workout nutrients into muscle cells. Insulin is also one of your body's most powerful musclebuilding hormones.
Regarding the point by sydneysky24: ANABOLIC HALO is formulated with a key ingredient that has been proven in independent testing at the Department of Internal Medicine at the University of Texas to instantly manipulate insulin.
Magnumpeanut, to answer your initial question, countless bodybuilders are currently stacking naNO Vapor with ANABOLIC HALO. Please check out the attached images for just some of the great feedback we've received.
Please PM me if you have any additional questions.
Thanks,
Victor

How do you know its underdosed since no measurements are actually shown cuz its a prop blend? It could be underdosed or it might be just right or have some ingredients higher than it should. 99% of companies have prop blends so you cant make the stuff at home. So how exactly do you know whats in each product? People try the stuff and write logs and dont jump to conclusions. Somebody should do a study and get a new MT product, rip the label off, put on a CL label and see who goes crazy over it. Not trying to hate on you so dont take offense but i do bring up valid points. At least i think so

Very valid points. I want to know how people are uncovering the ingredient listings to the Prop Blends.

Quote in my PM from Victor when I asked why people are getting sick from nano vapour. Makes sence cuz I've got super pukey on other supps that I just over did.

Can you explain this a little bit?
post workout i "spike" my insulin with (gulp, don't crucify me) cell tech along with a whey isolate shake. insulin moves stuff (amino acids, glucose, etc) into your cells and isn't that what you want after a workout?
