Puked again after leg day
I have been working out for about a year now and have neglected my legs until about a month ago started legs once a week. I live a few blocks from the gym and walk to and from, the last three weeks I puked on the walk home????? I do shoulders first than legs. I feel just depleated after I do leg presses on the machine, which I do towards the end on the WO due to feeling so exhausted.

Try doing legs first. I've always been under the assumption that you should do the bigger muscles/biggest lifts first.

Problem is that when you get into the habit of puking after legs, you start getting nauseated just walking into your gym.
Thats fun.

This will subside after your conditioning improves.

For a HUGE majority of people...
start on a full body 3x per week, add body part volume while reducing body part frequency as you progress. It's that friggin simple. It isn't "1 bodypart every 2 weeks for 70 sets" OR "Soviet/Bulgarian each bp 10x per week using 1 exercise each". There are middle grounds.

Did you cool down after doing legs? Meaning a nice 5 minutes very easy on the stationary bike + lots of static stretching.

that's awesome, unless people know that you were heading home from the gym, that's not very alpha. how tough do you usually go on leg days?

When I go from heavy squats to heavy leg presses sometimes I feel as if I'm going to puke. I usually have to sit there like an idiot cuz if I stand up I'll get dizzy and lose it. Never happens on any other days though.

i've thrown up during workouts before.. not fun, and not exactly the most attractive thing for a girl to do...at least i've always made it to the locker room.. i find that if i work out too early in the morning or push myself too hard, thats when i get sick. if you havent worked your legs in a year, just take it slow

You say you TRY not to eat for 1 hour before you go. Are you successful with this attempt on your leg days when you puke?
As a general guide meat can take 3 or 4 hours to clear the stomach. Starches 1 or 2 hours. What you eat will make a big difference.
Eating meat with starches an hour before you do an intense leg workout is asking for trouble.

Same happens to me when I give 110% and still push harder. My entire shirt is usually drenched in sweat too. Probably has something to do with me being a fatty right now.

I puked all over the sink in the locker room last year after squating, I started to have a feeling like I needed to clear my throat, then it just came flying out. I left right after, hoped nobody noticed lol.
