Milk Before Bed?

The milk i drink is mega milk, it has 9g protein per serving and also 9g carbs (Sugars)

Should i drink this before bed? i have about 2 servings.

18g carbs (sugars)

Only bad side effect for me is HORRIBLY STINKY FARTS!
