I would say: good job, if you did it in 6-8 months. Not in 2 years

Thanks very much for the comment. I've kept my gyming consistent and steadily increased my diet which seems to have been the key.

Its really hard to tell what you looked like in the before picture but I can tell you put on some mass. Good job. What type of lifts have you been doing? What is you daily caloric intake?

I've followed the 2008 Muscle & Fitness Rock Hard Challenge almost exactly, except for cardio in month 3, and have gained 14 lbs, & gotten stronger almost every single week. For the majority of the 3 months I just used a multivitamin, creatine monohyrate, & Optimum Nutrition Protein Powder. Near the beginning of month 3 I added no-xplode, which I feel has helped me tremendously with the intensity of my workouts.
The first pic is 90 days ago. The 2nd pic is within a few days of day 90.
(by the way, how do I post the picture in the actual post rather than as an attachment?)

you can do it - just have to decide it is what you want and be willing to do what it takes. Look at it like this - for me it was 48 workouts (lifting 4 days a week for 12 weeks). You probably wouldn't need the cardio either, at least not much of it.
I think the most important part of my progress was due to my diet. I followed the diet part of the Rock Hard Challenge almost perfectly. Good luck!

September 2007-October 2008
Here's mine. I started in Sep 07, worked out through Jan 08, then had to take some time off due to work. Started back up in Jun 08, after losing almost everything I'd previously gained. Hopefully new job will allow me the time to keep up what I've been working on.

Yeah, I know but that's cause there are no pics of me with my shirt off before I started gym (for obvious reasons)
I weighed 52kg in that pic!
I've been changing my workout routine as soon as I feel that my body gets used to an exercise order. I'm currently managing 26kg dumbbell presses and my goal is to press 30kg DBs consistently and in proper form for the short term.
I can curl 35kg EZ bar when doing the preacher curl, so that also needs some improvement. Thankfully I'm patient and I have to accept that Rome wasn't built in a day.
Concerning my caloric intake I honestly have no idea. But I make sure that I eat as much as possible of the right kind of foods and that I use a high carb protein shake at the right times of the day.

I would also recommend that you start doing some heavy compound movements and stay away from isolation exercises. This should help put on some extra mass, also I did full body workouts three times a week and I gained tremendous amounts of strength which helped me in the long run.
