Getting hungry again almost immediatly after eating.

I know that I am on a diet right now, but this is rediculous. I just ate a grilled chicken salad, and not even 20 min later feel like I didn't eat anything. I usually eat salmon and some vegitables around 1:00, but the salmon that I bought smells bad (yeah, worst than normal). I haven't told anyone at the office about this, but since then (and rarely ever before) I have been offered 1/2 a bag of sour cream & onion chips, and somebody else offered me a couple of slices of left over pizza. Of all the days... It is really tough to get through this sometimes, but I overcame... I hope that the determination can overpower the temptation... Do any of you guys feel like that after eating? I suppose a light lunch could do that to a person?

Happens all the time I could eat all day. Try drinking water usually helps a little bit. Its hardwork but the results are worth it.

Same dude. It sucks.

I literally count down until my next meal and I'm only in about a 500 calorie deficit! You just have to be determined! Haha.

Try drinking water, that usually helps a bit if I'm feeling hungry after a meal.

Gulp down some water and try to do something to keep your mind off food. I've noticed that when I cut down my food intake, I'll be hungry for a week or two before my stomach mellows out and stops complaining so much.

I have been stuck in the office (light duty) for about 1 1/2 months now. Kind of hard to occupy myself I guess. I've been drinking water, but probably not enough, Guess I will try that. I did find an extra apple, and it is now time for my shake. Maybe I will survive the day...lol.

How many meals per day are you eating? When I eat lots of small meals, I am starving all day. When I eat fewer, larger meals, it's much easier.

I've been eating about 6-7 meals a day, and snacking while at work on vegitables almost constantly. I know when I eat alot of vegitables it gets me this way...
