My diet was pretty ****ty at the start. I was an idiot and took the whole "bulking" thing to far I was eating a lot of ****ty foods at the start and used bulking as an excuse, but atm my diet is roughly this all together
3 Protein Shakes, Bowl of special K.
750g roughly of meat (Chicken, steak etc.)
A lot of bread.
I've recently started eating more brown rice for carbs.
200g Tuna
1 Litre of milk roughly
Some fruit here and there with salad/vegies with some meals.
I never had a diet plan it's always rough.
I ate anywhere between 1-2g per lb of bodyweight but I would never eat under 1g per lb.
I don't know what you mean by off time? In my routine I would have 4 to 2 days of rest depending what3 i'm doing.
And no in my old pics i wasn't flexing
I don't max out very often and i'm a very **** bencher. my main lift is the deadlift where I started doing 40kg now i'm maxing around 180kg.

That's some nice progress, I'm not 15 just yet but it's always inspiring to know what I could achieve a year from now.

yeah mate also remember I was 6foot at the start and am 6"2 now so the mass will also come easier for you. Just keep training hard and eating like a beast.
