i usually do 2 days of legs myself and this is how i usually break it up:
quad day:
squats
extensions
presses
hack squats
adductor
hams day:
deadlifts
seated leg curl
lying leg curl
walking lunges
abductor
as for calves i would do them before each leg day - that way your hitting them twice a week and you get them out of the way before you kick your ass..best of luck to you!!
