If I have cereal I usally go for Alpen-No added sugar. Tasty and just about the best you can find for nutritional completeness. Ingrediants are;
Wholegrain Wheat (42%), Wholegrain Rolled Oats (36%), Raisins (15%), Dried Skimmed Milk, Dried Milk Whey Powder, Roasted Sliced Nuts (2.5%) (Hazelnuts & Almonds), Malted Barley Extract, Salt.

To ask me to choose one, ONE freaking cereal...thats impossible, I love em all.
Golden Grahams, Cookie Crisp, Boo Berry, Count Chocula, Reese Puffs, Cocoa Puffs, Cocoa Puffs with Vanilla(new cereal, kicks ass), Waffle Crisp, Honey Bunches of Oats(except Strawberry), Just Bunches, Corn Pops, Peanut Butter Pops, Cocoa Krispies, HoneyComb, Frosted Mini Wheats(any), Peanut Butter Crunch, Crunch Berries, Oops All berries, Lucky Charms, Fruity and Cocoa Pebbles, Trix, Kix, Berry Berry Kix, Honey Nut Cheerios(****, ANY cheerios), the new Fiber One cereals being put out taste great...then theres Frosted Flakes, Wheaties, I Honey Nut Clusters, any Total, Apple Jacks, Life, Special K, Cinnamin Toast and French Toast Crunch, Froot Loops, Alpha-Bits, Rice Krispies, and I'm sure there are other great ones I cant think of off the top of my head.

favorite kiddie cereal would have to be OG captain crunch....
then any bran cereal you give me i will eat, i love bran cereals, pellets, flakes, clusters, dont give a damn.... special k isnt too bad either, i once ate a whole double bag bulk box and 2 half gallons of vanilla silk in a weekend....
