I really don't count anything I just eat, I eat clean all week, eat the same foods on weekend but I get my cheat on.
M1: 10 egg whites/2 whole eggs
2 packs low sugar oats
M2: 8oz cooked chicken or 99% lean ground turkey
4oz brown rice
M3: 8 oz cooked chicken or 99% lean ground turkey
4 oz brown rice
M4: 8 oz 96% lean ground beef
4 oz sweet potato
M5: 9oz cooked chicken
small bowl of veggies
M6: 8 egg whites
bowl of veggies
I also take LBA's (Liquid beef amino's) from True Protein throughout the day.

your diet's pretty simple, w/c is great. that's a lot of meat right there. lol. wish I can eat that much, but I can't afford it right now. you got almost 40oz there (not including eggs/supps), so you get somewhere w/in 350-400gms protein, around maybe 5k cals a day! nice..
how long have you been competing? you ever competed here in the Philippines?

My asawa cooks delicious baked salmon with green and red peppers. Stack up on cans of tuna as they are cheap for 35 grams of protein per can. I also eat black eye peas (boiled) for variety.

Haven't had balut since I left Philippines. But only thing I ate was the white & yellow (yolk) part with plenty of asin/salt. The duck itself is very soft and melts in your mouth as per parents (don't know if thats true). I don't want to find out.

who's into the Olympia? damn! the webcast for the O was f'in bad! couldn't watch sh*t! saw the pics. Jay didn't look THAT good, but better than last year. from his pics weeks before, I thought he looked phenomenal. from all the hype I thought he'd pull off an '03 Ron Coleman! badtrip. he has a chance of losing this, coz Dex Jackson is looking great. Phil Heath too. Wolf is outta here! hehe. looked really bad compared to last year. I hope Jay still wins! can't wait for the Finals!

fat (dietary, not animal) does not make us fat bro. that's just what media wants people to think. fats are healthy, they help us in a LOT of ways. you just need to know what to eat. & 'dieting' never meant to 'restrict food' in general (e.g. anorexic diet, a disorder, w/c is quite pop right now) like what most people think/do.
also, believe it or not, dietary cholesterol is not directly related to blood cholesterol levels.
point is, don't fear the egg! LOL. just train hard. world of difference from someone who has a sedentary lifestyle..

whey protein intake...
ask lang po sa mga kaibigan natin...
its is said that 5min after workout is the proper timing in taking whey protein...
how long should we take this supps? or do we need to have breaks in taking this supps? every other months? or two? or continously take it as long as you work out?
what is the true proper intake of creatine monohydrate or the timing? is it good to take before or during workout period at 1 capsule only?
suggestion lang po para sa ideal workout scheme.
salamat po
