I've read a few studies about this and having sex only increases testosterone output... technically that's more muscle and less fat...

anyway, I kinda doubt all this has a big effect on muscle building or fat loss

With every ejaculation you lose about 25-30mg of Zinc... Daily zinc requirements just to be relatively healthy are 25mg per day.
Being slightly run-down depletes zinc, not eating enough red meat depletes zinc and working out alot depletes zinc.
Zinc is used by the body together with Magnesium and B6 to make testosterone.
So if the average person tends to be zinc deficient anyway-most days your bordering on less than the RDI then you go have sex or have a wank...you put yourself into the deficient category most of the time.
Hence-how do you make testosterone with only parts of the puzzle present??
Put the zinc back in (ie. supplements or a perfect diet and no stress) and you'll be sweet...but remember-fighting a cold/flu is considered more important to the body than making muscles grow. So make sure you enough zinc to get better and get bigger
So its not so much about the act of sex/wanking/ejaculation- its about what minerals you lose whilst doing so and what happens as a result of losing these mineral that ends up inhibiting your body's ability to produce testosterone
