You don't have to worry about losing fat. You just need to concentrate on building muscle which will tighten you up and give you the look you want.

1800 calories is too low. u should be able to lose at 2200, especially with your activity level.
that seems like enough cardio
ask for lean meats(fish, lean ground beef, chicken, turkey, etc.) and whole grain products(Whole bread/pasta, brown rice, sweet potato, brown rice,, etc) and dont skimp on the veggies.
best way to get a six pack is a bulk followed by a cut. do heavy weighted ab excersises and build them like you would any other muscle while bulking, then cut the fat and maintain your muscle.
hope this helped

lol im no body builder, i dont even go to the gym!! your doing really well man, i got a pic some where of when i was 17 i was hiawj! really defined and big, your chest can never be to big lol, for a good chest work out get some dumb bells use the weight your happy with, what you wanna do IS get on your knuckles in press up possition thumbs pointing out wards, and you want to be little bit more than shoulder width apart, then do as many press ups as you can really slow with perfect form, then when you cant do and more drop str8 onto your back and do as many flys as you can (go as low as you can without arms touching the floor with slow movements perfect form) then once you cant do any more do some dumb bell presses as many as you can with perfect form THIS will give you a chest like HE-MAN lol remember not to have a rest, press ups str8 on back, flys, then press, do about 3-4sets, the weight you us is up to your really, but its pretty hard to do so dont put to much weight on there :P go on give it ago now.......but watch out, its going to hurt.......alot lol let me know how you get on

Seriously dude, start eating a lot more...as it is now, you have a lot of fat and bone but very little muscle...and muscle is really what burns fat.
