REDuction & Lean Extreme Log, True fat guy testing for pure fat loss results
I am currently in a Keto diet and got my REDuction and Lean X in yesterday. I took the 2 PM pills last night and this morning 2 am pills.
9/25/08
Weight: 202lbs in the morning
bodyfat: 35%
I am going to buy a new scale just for the sake of it but thats what my current electronic scale reads. Its worth mentioning that last night after i ate and all i weighed 203 and went to bed woke up the next morning ate breakfast drank 2 glasses of ice water and went to the bathroom like crazy (do the PM pills have a form of laxitive cuz it felt identical?) and i weighed 202 this morning. So for the sake of not giving any leeway room i will shoot low and start with my lowest weight which btw this is my record lowest since i started dieting.
I am almost obsessive compulsive and i eat steak almost everyday for dinner and low carb pancakes everyday for lunch, i will continue this maybe sometimes changing it to chicken a day or so. Its also worth mentioning that just a couple of days ago i was anywhere from 205-208 but my keto has kicked in again finally it seems after a bad night with pizza.

Fish Oil
ZMA
Creatine Monohydrate (tho havnt taken much lately since ive stopped really shooting for muscle mass)
Whey protein drinks during the day
I am also bad about 6 meals a day the closest i get is the 2 meals i described above plus 2 whey protein drinks in the morning and afternoon.
So this will really put it to the test. Like i said a true normal fat guy with mostly normal eating habits. I try to do cardio as much as i can but i havnt been good about going lately. Im hoping to go more but ill post when i do and when i dont.
WARNING
Rather discusting tho the camera makes me look alot worse then i am. But the point is alot of weight to be lost and almost pure fat. Ive seen alot of posts of people losing like 5lbs a whole month which is no good. But they also weigh like 170 and are almost ripped so that is some slower weightloss.
Ill keep you guys updated.

I'm in man! Best of luck with these supplements. You should really try hard to get your diet on point for the best possible fat loss. I know you can only do so much - but for best results, you have to do your best. Also, what's your workout schedule looking like? Peace, man!!

I was doing an upper/lower split
upper twice a week lower once then reversed the next week
But to not over train tris and stuff like that i split the split
chest,biceps,shoulders twice a week
back,triceps,legs twice a week
Days off in between of course
Its been like 1-2 weeks tho since ive actually hit any muscles its mostly been walking/jogging/bicycling Since that has been my main goal to lose weight.
Once im alot thinner i might do starting strength or hit each body part once a week and do HIT to give myself a little bulk. Probably then change my supplements up some too. But thats like a couple months away i HOPE. Maybe less.

Ate normally according to my diet, didnt do cardio.
I kind of expected this though i was hoping to drop to 201 over night. It seems my weight tends to lose 2lbs then gain 1 then lose 2 so i am hoping in the next couple of days to be 201 or 202. Only 1 day tho so far.

im starting my reduction routine tomorrow 9/27/08
ive been doing P90X for the last 3.5 weeks and its kicking my ass im also following their strict diet. Ive actually gained wieght but lost bf% since on the p90x program,but i want to get more cut, faster. I hope that REDuction will help speed things along. I also hope my head doesnt explode from this stuff.

No change in diet, still havnt done any cardio or excersize.

i wish i would have recorded my bodywater cuz i checked it and it said like 48% now i know this has to be higher then before the most i remember it being is 45. Regardless of what it is i know it has never been 50+ with that being said i am very happy so far with the results knowing that my weightloss isnt body water cuz if anything ive retained more and gone up in body water %. If it had dropped like 5% i would be like "thats great BUT thats all water =\"
Going to hope to break 200lbs today or tomorrow

took the introductory pills yesterday. didnt really feel anything. Looking at those pills reminds me of the scene in the movie "The matrix" where Morpheus tells Neo, No one can be told about the matrix. One has to be shown the matrix. Take the red pill to enter the REDduction, Take the black pill to fall asleep into yourprevious life. yadda yadda yadda. Today I start the 2 pill thing today. I hope I start seeing something.

not much change still very happy with being 201 as its the lowest ive been in like 3-5 years.
My body isnt in as big of a ketosis state as it was a month ago its barely changing color on ketostix. I think its the sugar free syrup with almond flour pancakes, i ordered a different brand online with half the carbs of this syrup (like 3 instead of 10) the 10g of carbs are sorbitol, sugar alcohols which for some people doesnt do anything for some people it stalls ketosis so maybe thats what its doing for me. At any rate when i get this new syrup in hopefully my body will be rocking in purple again. Also i ordered low carb pasta by dreamfield which doesnt look low carb to me it has like 40g of carbs but reviews and research and the company say they made a pasta where like 37g of those carbs are passable and wont spike glycemic index so im gunna try it out. Im super nervous tho if its all smoke and mirrors i am super skeptical but it has good reviews.

Aah man it's only been 3 days. Give it more time. For your workout routine you should try and get in @ least 3 days a week for lifting. Big compound moves will also burn a lot more calories for you and keep your metabolism higher for longer than just plain cardio. Good luck to you though!!

IM thinking about adding controlled labs BLUEup to my REDuction pills in the morning. DO you guys think that is wise? I'm wondering what the side effects would be.

yeah i am, my BF is about 10.4% (ish)........I want to get down to 4% to 5%
i just turned 40 last week. when i was 22 i weighed 246 at 6%. but through the years and with injuries and a crappy diet and a propensity for endurance (longdistance hiking, swimming) sports as i got older,I lost muscle mass and gained a beer belly. my top two abs are showing, but i want all of them to come out and say howdy!

weight: 201.5lbs
Im stilll happy soon hopefully itll drop. Last night i had a pretty big steak for a meal and went to bed at 203. After waking up and going to the bathroom i was 201.5.
Like i said in my original post at 202 i was being hard on myself just days before that i had been 205-208 consistantly so when i started this i was 203 and maybe i was dehydrated some but i weighed 202 when i started.
didnt do any cardio yesterday again so what you are all seeing is based off pure laziness, like i said a true fat guy trying it out. I do wish i had dropped a little more but its fine for now.

yesterday i had mcdonalds and i was already borderline in ketosis and that probably knocked me right out. Im going to go hardcore again on the low carb diet like i was before. I think the low carb pancakes stalled me some and then the mcdonalds knocked me out. So im gunna go back to eating eggs for lunch and chicken and meats for dinner. Possibly pancakes again still for lunch or whenever when i get that different syrup in with less carbs.

think its the same from yesterday WHICH im happy with because i ate... 3 sausage patties for breakfast np theyre low carb, lunch mcdonalds chicken nuggets fries and soda, dinner stuffed crust pizza from pizza hut with soda. So i have to be really off the keto diet now. I will continue to take reduction and weight loss supplements but im cycling off zma and some other supplements for a short time. Im getting an english bulldog in a couple of days and i think after i got him and settled in i will probably start my keto diet fresh maybe monday, maybe sooner. And probably start excersizing.

Are you tracking how many calories you're taking in daily? Looks like your macro's could be way off track at the moment. Hope everything levels out for you though!

i ussually track them i do know how much mcdonalds is and a full large pizza is like 3k calories but i eat like half at most of a stuffed crust. I havnt been keeping track or keeping it under anything the past 2 days tho. Ussually when i diet i keep it under 2k calories and 20g of carbs just not on the plan at the moment but ill start again soon.

Ive stopped logging temporarily till probably monday. I havnt seen much loss and i consumed max 20g of carbs a day while taking supps. I needed to cycle off zma and other stuff anyway so i stopped at weight 201.5 Ill pick up again on monday hopefully things will be settled im going out of town to pick up an english bulldog puppy tomorrow so the next few days maybe rough. But as for the supps i believe i could have lost that weight with out the sups and just doing a keto diet. As it says on wiki its not uncommon to lose 5-10lbs in a week when combining keto and excersize.
