****ing awesome workout. had hamstring pain all day so didn't think i'd last a second squatting and was already to book my hiatus from squatting altogether. but i got very minor pain and even had averagely good form (despite knees). got my chin form perfect and i keep adding weight or reps on my sit ups. planning to do another 2 sets of squats tomorrow, going to fully split my volume day up into 2 heavy days.

Read Arnold's Education of a Bodybuilder. Take a bar and some weights, get some girls, get some meat, go out into the woods, pick one exercise, do it until you pass out. When you wake up, eat the meat, make love in the afternoon, lift some more. There you go.
Squat from 25kg(55lbs) - 75kg(165lbs)
Military Press from 20kg(44lbs) - 30kg(66lbs)
Barbell Row from 30kg(66lbs) - 50kg(110lbs)
Bench Press from 25kg(55lbs) - 40kg(88lbs)
Dead Lift from 30kg(66lbs) - 90kg(198lbs)
feeling really run down today, i guess that's what 3 heavy workouts in 3 days does. still have to squat and practice cleans later, then light day tomorrow

yea but only because it costed like 10,000 to make haha. the one part i liked is the very end whne the chick walks into the room and the dude is just standing in the corner and wont help her. kinda creepy haha

awesome workout. realised i need to start front squatting lots since i want to clean lots. i liked heavy shrugs, i'ma keep doing them. 140 was too much though

really awesome workout. squats went up easy, really deep but that ****ed my knees up pretty bad. good story about the bench, accidentally put a 2.5kg on one side instead of 1.25kg. so i basically hit next weeks work weight and a little more. you can see which side had the extra kilo on from the video, lol. deadlift form was horrendous, hence no video today. i know i can deadlift with good form, i was just keeping my hips too high.

my knees don't hurt, i said 'it ****ed up my knees pretty bad' as in they were coming in. i'm just going to keep squatting and try to force them out. hopefully they'll get stronger

yeah my first year of weightlifting PR's have been few and far between. that's from going out too much, not sleeping enough, eating too much crap and not being consistent. that's changing now though, i plan on keeping up the PR's for the next year
