Had a good day today. Did a bunch of exercise and hit my macros. Just opened a container of ON Double Rich Chocolate and it's good stuff, way better than what I had before. Looking forward to continuing to eat clean this week and working my ass off this weekend. No excuses!

I am also joining in today and will stop January 1st (the day I leave for a 2 week trip in Europe).
I am 5'11" and currently 214.4. I haven't set a concrete goal yet, but it will likely be 190. Looking to get down to the muscle that hides beneath the fat.

woke up at 6am downed a half scoop of on whey and ate an apple-in the gym by 6:30 and did quats, lunges, leg ext, leg curls, leg press, calves and abs and wheni got back had a 1/2 cup dry oats (1 cup cooked) with 3 eggs cooked in and 1 scoop on whey...does that look okay to yall for a pre/post workout meal?

For post workout, and at your weight especially, swap out the oats for a bagel and jelly or something (simple sugar) and reduce the eggs. You don't want a ton of fat (even healthy) after the workouts.

OK, that's fine then. Just swap out the oats for something simpler.

I am down like a clown since I am currently trying to lose the weight I put on in the last year.
I will take pics tonight & post them.
6'-4", 244lbs as of this morning
BF, I have a Tanita Scale that says I am 34%. I weight myself in the morning before my shower so it will be a good indicator of how much BF I lose.
My goal is to get down to 220 lbs & sub 20% bf according to the tanita scale.
