has anyone ever gotten the ****s from this?

i tried white flood my first time yesterday, my work out was awesome, very focused and got a lot of energy and etc.

but about 2-3 hours after and even this morning, my stomach felt like it was digesting a horse. ive taken other types of pre-workout supps and this is the first time ive felt this. im not 100% sure if it was the food I ate yesterday or the flood.. im gonna risk it and try flood again today and watch closely what i eat.

anyone have this problem ever?

sounds like food. if it was the product it would be quicker than 2-3 hours or the next morning. also, take it with a rice cake or granola bar for best effects

but yeah, ive been a no-x user for awhile now and im just pretty much immune to the product. superpump250 gave me no effects whatsoever which is very weird to me cus im usually very responsive to supps.

a lot of other preworkout supps say to take it on an empty stomach.. youre saying taking it with a granola bar will increase effects?

if so i will try that tonight

I just ordered a tub of it today and I hope it works. Should I take 1 scoop for the first week and then eventually 2?

Also whats the difference between this and Purple Wraath? I recently got off Superpump and need the extra pump to get more strength. Is this the right choice?

Totally different products. Flood is a preworkout NO2 supplement and Wraath is an EAA product. Both provide energy but through different pathways and PW being stim free.

exactly. start with a half serving (1 scoop) and ramp up the full serving as needed. try a granola bar or rice cake with it preworkout.

I have tried the sample pack and did feel a difference in my workout. Can anyone tell me if I can take WF with Axis Lab CEE (x4) and ON 100% Whey pre workout and if it best to take the tablets or the powder?
