Bulk Diet
on workout days
8 egg whites
120ml outmeal
120 ml mllk
cod liver oil
multivitamin
glucosomine
met rx meal replacement
half chicken
plate mix veggies
2 slice brown bread
fax seed
150ml brown rice
48gr whey
bowl pasta
120ml milk
45gr whey
45gr casien
falx seed
multivitamin
glucosomine
how this sound guys
onof days i ujst replace pasta with 2 weetabix
take into acount (so suggest wither i need more cal)
i alsso take about 69/90mg ephedrine
400mg caffine

Couple of things though,
Add more calories
And why are you taking ephedrine on a bulk?

Looks fine but where is the PB?
And also u could add 1 tbspoon of honey and a piece of fruit to ur breakfast meal and i dont know about liver oil but id reccomend you to stick to olive oil, like 1 teaspoon at breakfast.
If u make an effort i think u can add some more healty calories to that diet
PD: eat the whole egg lol, since i guess u are ecto

lol u not knowing cod liver oil lol
whole egg ar u nutts 8 whole eggs is enuogh cholestrol and fat to give me a heart attack and destroy bulk
fruit for breakfest is impossible i dont know if u notic breakfast is already 500cl

becouse ephedrone helps my lifts therfore building mass
how much more calires should i add iv run out of things to eat lol

Was talking about his nutrition facts and effects on a bulk, of course i ****in know what live oil is =)
About the eggs point i was meaning 1 whole egg, if u noticed i used singular
About the fruit point: EAT THE ****ING BANANA U F*G
Hope it solved some points that looked wrong to you and gl with the bulk ^^ (not sarcasm)

well how much do you weight, and yeah your eating a lot of calories but there isn't enough coming from protein. that is what your lagging.

ever since taking ephedrine im on
5,3 17years old
140lbs very lean
i think iv reaplced fat with muscle and lost allot water wight or maybe im just dreaming lol
strengh gon e up the roof
and i feel bigger an dlook bigger but thats not what scales tell me
thinking ading two banas with rice pre workout
going to stop ephedrine
should i take a wight gainer
like optimum true mass?
