I'm in. I need this. After I found out I'm going to have surgery a few weeks ago, my diet has gone to ****, my workout regimen has partially gone to ****, and I've lost a lot of motivation knowing I won't be training for 6 months after surgery.
I need to refocus, gather my thoughts, put down some goals to reach by Christmas, and achieve them. I like the title of this thread, 100 Day Transformation. It attracted me to it. I'm going to use it as my motivation - get a small whiteboard for my room and mark it for every day that passes. It will help me stay focused.
Current weight:
192lbs (bloated up a lot after starting to take creatine again)
Current BF%:
I esimate 13-14%. Going to have it measured at the gym tomorrow.
Goal weight:
182lbs
Goal BF%:
10%
Post-surgery (Shoulder surgery, left side, Oct 2nd) I'm going to focus on lots of stairmaster and elliptical workouts, and I'm going to keep working out my 'good' side with weights.

i'm in, i work away from home and wont be back until christmas so i would like to go back in great shape and shock a few people  . current stats are:

You're saying that not only have you lost 8.8lbs in one week (which could be possible if it was all water and glycogen), but that you have actually lost 5lbs of actual fat and 4lbs of LBM (not even a good ratio...)???
Not (necessarily) attacking you - maybe you're not aware that most bodyfat measurements are bogus (did you use an impedance scale?).

My stats are accurate. As are your numbers.
I don't recall stating them as "awesome e-stats", so I ask that you drop the sarcasm.
I've had the flu and barely eaten (due to the fact that much of what I ate didn't stay down long) for the last 5 days hence the rapid weight loss (both fat/muscle). But as I am updating week by week I am obviously going to post my stats regardless of the situation.
BF was measured using calipers at my gym, so the measurements are as accurate possible.

OP WTF you need bulk, believe me you won't be happy with your results in 100 days if all you do is cut. Sorry to break it to ya, you will not gain 5 pounds of muscle and lose 10 pounds, unless you just started lifting. If you do a clean bulk you'll be so much happier with the results

holy **** yeah I just noticed that, you need to hit the weights hard and concentrate more on putting on muscle, if you just cut then youre gonna look like you just got out of a concentration camp. If you just put on mass on your chest and arms you will look way better than losing 20 lbs trust me

Nah i know bro. Im finishing off some more of the fat i have right now and just doing lots of cardio because i cant hit the weights too hard because im in golf season and ill get way too sore. State is in like 2 weeks so right after that im gonna be eating doing a clean bulk for a while

Is it your aim to pretty much put everyone down on here? You aren't aware of his background/goals so why criticise without first asking?
For example, I could do with bulking rather than cutting as I look pretty lean. But I can't afford to bulk to 20% BF unfortunately as then I wouldn't be able to get any work on shoots etc. So my aim is to lean out to 8% (retaining as much lean mass as possible) and then bulk until I reach 15% again. Repeat.
