2/1/08-9/19/08 It looks like I have mild gyno or something.. ****s annoying. maybe its just me though. Ive been working out about 3-4 times a week and sometimes 1-2 times a week just depends on my work schedule. Eating a ton protein everyday.. mmmm. I weigh 168 lbs and I am 5'10.

What do you guys think for 7 months of weight lifting.

Nice dude, you basically have the same definition at a higher weight which means you put on some quality lean mass. Your back is looking way thicker too.

I'd just basically say to hit you shoulders, arms and chest really hard to keep up that kind of progress. I'm sure all your lifts probably went up a ****load eh? Good job bro

Yeah my lifts have went up a lot so far.. I am still kind of a newb (7 months in).. I mean I know how to lift and know all the equipment but when it comes to knowing what to work out to preportion my upper body im a little unaware..

you say I should work out my shoulders, arms and chest the most..? why is that? Any other feedback would be great guys!
