Is this Normal?

I have been dieting before doing the 6 meals a day using proper macro's with almost no results maybe losing water weight. But for the last 5 days I decided to basicly cut down extremely on my intake for the last week I've eat maybe 700 calories a day at 290 lbs at the start I've found it's not that hard and I feel fine lifting and doing cardio still. It was hard at first being used to eat so much but It's easy now is this normal?

When you lose all of that weight you are going to look like you just came out of a concentration camp and you're going to have loose hanging skin, atleast if you keep eating 700 cals/day.

I honestly can't imagine cutting all the way down to 700. I've gone down to 1200, and while I was still lifting, I wasn't doing any cardio. Personally, I would bump up the calories to at least 1200, and if you're going to stay that low, keep the cardio to a minimum.
