there are times when i hate living in nj, but today is one of the times i love it lol i sent the email over the theshop on friday, got my Intra-Aid today, but 15 min after I left for the gym.. but at least i got it before i go up to Rutgers for then ext few days  gonna start usin it tomorrow thanks ANIMAL/UNIVERSAL!!!!

definitely a review but the log im doing now is for muscle pharm's assault n bullet proof (pre-wo and night time recovery) but in that log i will definitely be comparing and logging intra-aid in comparison to the bcaa intra drink i was previously using.. log link is in sig or i can make another one w/ intra-aid as the title

yuppers i picked up Intra-Aid.. put a couple reviews up in the IA review thread ( http://forum.bodybuilding.com/showth...0516131&page=5 the first is 1-2 pages b4 that) plus ill be reviewing it continuously in my log (sig)... taste is amazing, good texture, i like it with a little more water, a thicker drink fills up my stomach a little too much... so far so good
