So tonight, things took a bit of a turn. I was planning on working out with my roommate at 7pm, but he didn't get home until 9 or so. He said he had a lot of homework, so I was like "damn, i'm not gonna get in a good workout." I promised him we'd be out of there in 30 minutes or less. I had my Green Mag+Core ABC+30g WMS about 2 hours prior to my workout. I thought the workout would suck but I was wrong! Thanks to PRIME, it turned out to be an insane workout!
I had 30 seconds rest between sets, sometimes less. I hopped on that bench and pumped out a few sets of DB presses and got to 70lbs and told myself I'd kill myself (not really lol) if I didn't break last weeks record. I did, got a PR, all with 30 seconds of rest time. I moved on to lateral raises, smashed my previous workout stats out of the park. Did some skull crushers (some idiot had like 3 bars by him and was using one at a time so I couldn't get to the heavier bars), then moved on to bench dips and KILLED last weeks workout. Amazing increase in weight. I was so focused.
I've been saying this for a while now, but the pump I get on PRIME is ridiculous. Insane. Tremendous. Previously I thought it may have been due to the WMS, but now that my workout happened 2hrs after I took, I am sure PRIME has something, if not everything to do with it. Activate Xtreme is still a possibility though. However, all the other logs on PRIME I've read report that they are getting a good pump too.
Honestly, I felt like I was on steroids. It was intense.
The reason for the low reps on the last few sets of DB presses is that I was only resting 30 seconds...due to workout time constraints. Coulda easily gotten 8 reps had I rested more. Still, I am very impressed I was able to do that many sets. PRIME = greater RECOVERY! All I can say is...to you PRIME skeptics out there...you missed out!

Yea people were using the heavier bars...Still that was like the 2nd time I've ever done them, so I took it a bit light to get the form down. I did 70lbs today. Excellent burn.

Another workout in which I smashed previous records. Got such an intense pump in biceps after negative cable curls that I thought my veins were going to explode. Added lots of weight to t-bar rows, seated rows, lat pulldowns, and bb curls. I felt like I didn't do enough work in Thursday's short shoulder and tricep workout, so I did 7 sets of skull crushers. I think they are my new favorite exercise! Hopefully I can get up to 315lb like Victor Martinez lol .
Oh yeah, about recovery. I forgot to mention that now after doing legs, the soreness subsides by the end of the next day. Also with shoulders and triceps, soreness was completely gone the next day. DOMS is a thing of the past on PRIME

so after 2 weeks how much weight have you gained? hows lean body mass? and what has happened to your bench?
After 2 weeks, I am up 9lbs. Around 2-4lb LBM probably. My arms and legs look and feel like they have gotten slightly bigger.
I haven't been doing flat barbell bench press at all. I have done that the last 2 years, so I figured I would switch it up and do DB bench press. That has shot up dramatically, every workout. I will do flat bb press just to test if my 3RM has increased, at the end of this PRIME cycle.

Wow, this is really getting interesting. I opted for activate extreme myself b/c it's already tried and true, I'm stacking it in a way that I haven't seen done here yet though. Keeping an close eye on this log for future purchases.
With the Controlled lab's products (mag/wraath/OT/wf), that I've been on for a while now so I should be able to pin point the changes caused by act x. If it works out good I'm going to add stoked to the 2nd month, logging with bi-weekly pics of course.
Nice. I'm slightly disappointed that I can't pinpoint which effects are coming from what products because I'm on Green Mag, Activate Xtreme, and PRIME lol. But you should definitely give PRIME a try sometime!

Might go prime act x one month.. prime the next. I don't know so many options, I'm doing my research and getting the stuff setup now. Going to wait until I plateau again, and let it rip. I've seen great strength gains off the green mag alone.
Awesome to see the PR's. All looks very good in here. Nice work mate keep it going. The PRIME really does allow you to give it more in the workouts. Just be sure not to really over do it and get injured though as this will set you back a bit. EXCELLENT progress.

Today I didn't take WMS pre workout to test whether it does or does not contribute to the pump I've been experiencing in the gym on PRIME. Result - I got the same skin bursting pump I did without it as I did with it I'm sure it helps to some degree, but this proves PRIME is responsible .
I increased weight on ALL my sets! Warmed up with more, finished with more. Everything seemed light! I was going to try to bench press 100lb DB's but didn't have a spotter. Oh well, it's definitely happening next week .
