Losing muscle is easy, getting muscle is hard, so the situation that you are in is one that many aspiring figure competitors would be jealous of. It is probably not a good idea for you to stop working out altogether, for a number of reasons so here are some options you might like to consider:
1) Cut calories even further - if your intake is low enough your body will not be able to sustain your increased muscle mass plus you can lose some extra bf %'s on the way (not suggesting you need it).
2) If your calorie intake is already very low, you will have to use a combination of cardio (high-duration, low impact - so as not to over develop whatever muscles are used in the cardio exercise) and decrease in training volume. For now I would keep my rep count the same and just decrease the amount of weight used (as high reps can still stimulate growth). In this time focus on correcting any poor form you may have and developing your technique.
Hope that Helps.
Good Luck!!
