Shoulders are feeling good this week... pain in my right is subsiding... ALLrighT!

my sceduale has been all over the place.. and its starting to get to me...
going home was all great and dandy, dont get me wrong...
but now i have other things to tend to this coming up week...
Training..
and not gym training... work training... in dallas.
work is flying me out to dallas for three days for training.. i though it was only one day, but its turns out its three,,, so i leave tuesday at 5am and will be back thursday 9pm.... killing my whole week.. of course i will be working out at the hotel but come on! we have all seen hotel gyms.... they suck...

i dont even want to think about it..

anyway... this past weekend was great.. untill i weighed myself....
i dont even want to say how much it said....
166lbs............................................ .................................................. .................................................. .................................................. ............so then i ate and ate a LOT! lol.. mom stuffed me on saturday and there was some good food at the wedding friday.. so now i'm back and the wheels are turning in my head..... will get back with a new eating plan this week..

chest and tris yesterday:
incline dumbbell: 2/15, 4/8
machine fly: 4/8 w/ dropsets 3/12
machine press: 4/8 w/ dropsets 3/12
rope pushdowns: 4/8
stright bar pushdowns: 4/8
one arm pushdowns: 4/10

todays back and bis:
pull downs: 2/15, 4/8
underhand rows: 4/8
cable rows: 4/8
barbell curls: 4/8
hammer curls: 4/8
deads!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!: 4/10

ALL WILL BE SUPERSETED WITH SHRUGS.

The week at an end..

Well its friday.. what a week it has been! crazy that is...
i am realy enjoying my new job, but i have to say i'm there a long time durring the day... not so much as staying late, but i do get there early in order to settle in...

Any way, training has been going good since i started up my Controlled Labs supplements again...

4:00am Meal one: 1 1/2cups oatmeal, 7 egg whites
5:00am- Coffee
5:30am- PURPLE WRAATH
5:45am- WHITE FLOOD/ GREEN BULGE
6:00am- Gym
7:00am- GOLDEN FINISH
8:00am- Meal two: med red potato, ? Onion, 7 egg whites or 4oz chicken
11:00am Meal three: 1 cup veg, 4oz Chicken, Beef, or tuna
2:00pm- Meal four: Large ass salad, 4oz Chicken, Beef, or tuna
5:00pm- Meal six: 1 cup veg, 4oz Chicken, Beef, or tuna
8:00pm- Meal seven: GOLDEN FINISH

I have not added anything new this week... and prob wont untill two morw weeks... i am being flown out this tuesday for training for work... i hate the fact that one week will be very scedualed and the next i'm across the country... but it is a good time... the hotel ill be at has agym, so i will do what i can there as well as eat as "Clean" as possable.

legs today... not sure what i'll be doing ... just going in there hard as hell!

wow you like how i have been on here? lol
Texas is kicking my butt... got back from dallas a couple of days ago, and now going back this coming week... theres not much in dallas... the down twon area is quite...

anyway, training is going damn good, considering i have been all over the place.. but i have been getting in every damn workout.. the intensity has been out the roof... my controlled labs products have fully kicked in.. and i do belive the weight is coming on.. i have added anumber of calories to my day... penutbutter with my last meal as well as more carbs in the meals durring the day.. will be posting full diet when i have a chance....

Today is cardio... yesterday was back and deads kicked ASS!!!!!!!!!!!

will be back!

WOW ts been a long couple of weeks! but i'm back! was in dallas for training .... hopfully i'm done...
Anyway training has been off the wall even though i have not been in my gym.... and i have to say i have been ablt to keep up with my supplelments and diet........ so things are good!!!!!!!!!! but a computer was not aval so i was not on here..sorry..
Today is shoulders and traps.. not sure what my body is in for, but i am going heavy!!!!!!!

will be back some time today or tomorrow with my latiest training, supplemnts and diet!!!!!!!

A blessing in disguise?..

New State?.New Job?.New Apartment?New Gym?.
It was all new?.

After my last Competition in May ?08 I was completely burntout. I didn?t take enough time that year to really put some weight on from my May ?07 show. My workouts and eating habits were not the healthiest. And so the decline begin.

I graduated collage and decided it was time to go, try something new. So I applied to number of Jobs out of New York State, everywhere from Georgia, Mississippi, Texas and even Louisiana. The phone interviews started right up and the face to face round was next. By the end of ten days I was on a total of eleven planes and six cities, that?s more plans then I?ve been on in my life. From there the offers came in and I made my final decision, Texas. I packed my car with just my clothes setting off to Texas to start off new, not knowing where I was going to house myself.

After 36hrs of straight driving with my pop, we reached my destination. Within a day I found an apartment and a gym, everything else came together after that. Things were going well, the direction they should have. I had found a good group of acquaintances who I would go out with on the weekends. I was trying to let my self become ?normal? and not the ?hard ass? that needed to make sure he had 8hrs of sleep and measured out everything he put in his mouth.

My training started to slack, my eating was atrocious and it was starting to show. In a matter of a few months I had started to become something that I worked so hard not to become in past years, I was becoming ?normal?.

This was what I wanted, right? That whole point on moving and starting new was to find ?me?, no? That ?hard ass? who I ?was? wasn?t ?me?? Wasn?t ?normal?? But now I ask, define ?normal?? ? Define ?me?? ?Who was ?I? looking for? That ?normal? person who I thought I could find, who I thought ?I? was looking for, was there the whole time. The ?me? was underneath a pile of **** that had been building up so high he was out of sight and giving the elusion of being lost.

As the ?new me? begin to take completely over, he hit a wall, or should a say an air bag. A few months into my move I got into an accident, totaling my baby who got me to this destination. If that wasn?t bad enough, the girl who means the world to me, the one who brings out ?the true me?, broke her right wrist and my left clavicle. Everything that was important to me I had broken within seconds. Anything that I had put my love into had been completely busted up.
The after math!!!!!!!!!!


Being tied down by chains, unable to move or reach your soul. That?s what the past couple of months have felt like. One of my worst fears had come true and was standing at my door step. Becoming fat, overweight, and lazy was reality. Not capable to lift a weight, let alone a cup of coffee, is what I had to mentally except. My clavicle was broken and there was nothing I could do about it, or could i? I refused to let this take me down. The following day of the accident, car-less, I walked to the gym.

In a brace which kept my shoulders back and in place, I march up on to the stair-stepper. For days, weeks, months, I would proceed to walk into the gym knowing I could not touch the one thing, the only thing which gives me more chills then a kiss from my girl, IRON. Cold, bone breaking, muscle tearing, wood to my fire, IRON. This ongoing mental battle sustained for months. I had no choice but continue to watch my diet and do cardio.

So dropping a total of 30lbs of pure hard earned muscle, going down to an all time low of 153lbs, I now have begun to train again??

A Gross 153lbs?.. and uneven shoulders

It felt like I was back 10years, that little skinny kid lifting his first weight. I?m talking about doing shoulder raises with 3lbs dumbbells, incline press with just the bar, curs and pushdowns with no more the 10lbs? It was making me nauseous thinking about where and who I had become?.. but the fire was back..

The desire, determination, DRIVE was there! I was sick of looking at this ?new me??.

** ?If You Want Change, You Need To A Make Change? **

The light has finally, Finally, FINALLY has turned back on? I have been increasing my calories back up, Turning the workouts back up, Picking ?THE TRUE ME? back up!!!

It has been about a two months since I started my training again, and I?m feeling GOOD!
Yeah my strength is not where it was but the intensity it up there! I?m doing everything, including Dead?s!!

So whats next you might ask?

I plan on continuing to bring my weight back up to 230lbs? Yeah I said that last year, but now its time?

THE TIME IS NOW, THIS IS THE DAY THAT COUNTS, ITS TIME TO GROW!!!!!!

Eh things are going! Trying to cut again for spring break. This year it's Vegas. My body didn't react to the bulk as planned and I put on a lot of fat. I added progress pics. Take a look but beware, it's not pretty.

Glad to see you back. I need the motivation.

Where do we start??? haha. This has been a brutal fight. I got up to 205. Now down to 190 but the fat's not coming off as quickly as planned. I may have to rely on an EC stack. You goin to the arnold this year??

I didnt and couldnt do any lower body exercise's do to the fact they still put stress on the upper body..think about it, you need to hold on to the machine with you uper body no??... nomatter if your talking about leg ext, leg press or curls or anything.. my shoulder would have been comming in to play and i didnt want to risk it...
