The elbow incident does not sound pleasant - OUCH....
I go through weeks like that - where I think about EVERYTHING...but know that it will work out like it is supposed to! But I do think it is great to take the time out and reflect on life...
Hubby has got some tough decisions on his plate right now...and realistically there probably isn't a right answer, its just what is going to make him happy
I hope you are having a great weekend!

thank you for all the sweet thoughts and comments about hubby and my situation. It is still up in the air.
Just a quick post here. I will be back later this evening. Not too much happening this weekend since I have taken a good 5-6 days off from lifting because of the elbow incident. Which has been a nice break really. I have taken my spin classes. Plus, Derek (BEAST) from Scivation is designing a program for me.
Food has been my problem area. As usual. I need to go back to logging exactly what I eat to keep me accountable. Sometimes I feel like the thigh fat and the arm fat will never leave. I tried cutting carbs quite a bit at the end of last week and ended up binging. I really crash without enough carbs. And when I talk about cutting carbs, I mean under 50g. I wonder how much is mental though.
So anywho, I will need to find my weight loss answer with carbs in the picture. I would love to be 115-120lbs. I know I know. Don't focus on the number. I would feel more comfortable there though. I feel so heavy right now.

check out my thread
I am really interested in what all of your girls think about this, so check out this thread:
http://forum.bodybuilding.com/showth...hp?t=110478341
And think outside the box. I am wondering if any of what this guy does has *some* science(or thought...or something) behind it OR if he makes it sounds fancy and is really just starving these chicks then adding muscle to their frame. I think he has a theory behind this, but maybe I am giving him too much credit because he has a bodybuilding history.
What do you think?!

I know how you feel...I'm not "overweight", but I just don't feel comfy right here...
Not sure what I think about that....sounds like it's just so restrictive, your cals are low, therefore you lose

DITTO!!!! I start feeling extreme too. Like I am ready to do anything....
Thanks for checking out that article. I like checking things out from the NY area. I would love to go and just take fitness classes in New York. Plus they have trapeze and aerial contortion in silks(think Cirque-esque).

New Program, Hurricanes and stress
Got a program from Team Scivation. I will be starting that workout tomorrow. I will probably add in a few supersets here and there to keep things going. Following their food plan is simple though. it is pretty much the lifestyle cut diet. I haven't done weights this week because of the elbow, but not feeling it anymore when I bear weight, so yay!
I have been MIA here, it has been crazy in the personal side of things... and I have also been quite exhausted. By the time night rolls around I read journals, and go to bed.
Hubby's family is evacuating Houston. Well, they are in between Galveston and Houston. Basically, the storm is rolling over their house. So everything around here is kind of nuts.
My spin cert is Saturday, which I am excited about, BUT... we could get hit by this hurricane as well. I think it *could* be a category 2 or 1. Perhaps a 1.5. Anyway, this means strong winds and my honda may blow off the road. I want to get spin certified though! Gosh!

Great news the elbow is feeling ready to roll again .
Sorry to hear about your personal upheaval and the hurricane. Hope things calm down a bit for you and that everything is okay with the family-in-law.
Oh, and good luck on your Scivation plan!!

Thanks Charli and ZigZag!
It has been a busy weekend. Hence, why I have not been around! Husband's family is ok. It is a mess down there. They were in the Woodlands, they actually evacuated from Friendswood. Everyone still lost power in the Woodlands! Trees were down everywhere. His parents may be here today though. It is such a mess in Houston right now.
On another note, my boob size has increased a lot! I have been on birth control now for almost a year. And I know my eating has not been great... so I am wondering if I haven't gained a bit there. I really want to lose it though... they feel like they are in the way!
