SP 250 Review

So I've been shopping around using different NO type products to get a feel for what works for me and what doesn't...this is the first time I've used Super Pump 250, mainly because I was given a huge insider discount by a friend. Dismayed a little by the fact that the only creatine it included was monohydrate but anyway, here goes.

Superpump 250 (Fruit Punch Blast)

Flavor: 8

Now I've tried many different products and I have to say that the FPB flavor doesn't taste too bad. When I opened up the container I was hit with a whiff of what smelled like most other NO products (minus NO-Xplode): a vaguely fruity smell, mixed with an overbearing medicinal odor. I've experienced this smell before with other products and it usually means one thing: it would taste like **** (and probably give me the ****s)...but to my pleasant surprise, I found that it was really not that bad. Certainly not as great as NO-Xplode or the current Cell-Tech, but it's far from horrible.

Taking into account that some people are more picky when it comes to flavor, it's possible that some may disagree on me with this one...but then again, there are a lot of things that are good for a bodybuilder that don't taste so great, but who gives if it works?

Mixability: 9

Regardless of the fact that I haven't really shook up any of the SP 250 in a shaker bottle, it really says something to me when close to almost all of the powder will dissolve nicely in about 12-14 oz. of water (I take two servings pre workout). A little clumped on the side of the cup but swiping with the spoon took care of that. It doesn't take much more effort to simply swish a little more water in afterwards to get the rest.

Effectiveness: 10

Honestly, I was waiting for the dreaded ****s after taking this product. Only one other product has failed to produce that, and that's NO-Xplode. Surprisingly though, the first couple of times I used it, both off and on training days, I seemed to do just fine. I've only experienced a few bouts of the ****s but due to the fact that they have been rare and few and far in between my guess is that I'm getting the ****s from either a combo of SP 250 and something I ate...or just plain from something else.

When it comes to a pump, I am pretty damn satisfied. SP 250 performs well...very well (although admittedly it seems no matter what NO product I use I will also get a massive pump, and even without NO I get about the same pump). It hasn't failed to give me a gigantic pump - as long as I work my muscles correctly, of course.

The energy aspect to SP 250 is also very nice. I feel energized and ready to hit the weights. Very focused, but without that "jittery" feeling I get from NO-Xplode (caffeine). So far the only workout I haven't taken SP 250 through is a good old legs workout but it definitely gets me through everything else with no problems.

Hope this helps.

Do you guys think stacking it with SizeOn might reduce your strength?
Because once again, creatine is suppose to make you weaker so you can push yourself and that means more muscle strain.

No, creatine increases lean muscle mass, improves performance in high intensity exercise, increases energy levels, and speeds up recovery time. It also makes muscle fibers bigger and stronger

Creatine helps with ATP, which is what you're going to use for energy to get in that extra rep or two (or hell, more if you can) so technically since it increases the volume of your muscles and strength...it makes you stronger.

Adding SizeOn if you have the money post workout would be a like a coup de grace to weakness along with some good quick absorbing carbs and whey. I'd do it.
